Great location, great price to quality ratio

Pros: The hotel had a great location, surrounded by restaurants, culture, shops and public transport. Check-in and check-out were made super easy and the room was clean and had everything needed. Due to independent check in, we barely saw any staff but when we needed to reach them, that was easy enough and they were helpful and nice. The room was small but enough for us since we were not spending much time there.

Cons: Construction on the road outside woke us up on couple mornings.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at T- Hotel. It is spacious enough for our family. It is close to the attractions and lots of things to do in around the area.

Pros: Good clean room, fantastic location. Good sized bed and well functioning facilities.

Cons: Good room, however, I booked for a room with a balcony and technically it had a balcony but it was on the first floor. I would have preferred to be higher off the ground, maybe don't advertise first floor dwellings as having a Balcony.

Cons: A little bit far from train station. Since self check in you can't really temporary keep your luggage if your flight scheduled on night time.

Pros: A very good location, a 10-minute walk to the subway station and a 5-minute walk to one of Tokyo's main attraction. In practice, it's a small apartment, with a bedroom, a small equipped kitchen & refrigerator, a small hallway, and a bathroom, of course. As in Japan, most rooms/apartments of this type are small, and that's not a complaint at all. Just reality. For one person with one suitcase is fine, but for 2 guests with bags - hmm - seems a bit too small.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was fine.

A quiet, well-located, and efficiently run stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Great location in Asakusa, just a short walk from the train station and the temple. The space is small but cleverly designed, making excellent use of every corner — exactly what we expected in Japan. The contactless check-in and check-out via iPad were seamless, with clear instructions sent beforehand. Umbrellas at the entrance were a thoughtful touch for rainy days. It has more of an Airbnb feel than a hotel, peaceful and private — we barely saw or heard anyone.

Great stay at Asakusa area

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of convenient stores nearby, close to Sensoji, Tokyo Skytree and the river. Room is clean and has good facilities. Check-in and out steps are easy and clear

Cons: Before we checked in we requested on Booking app if we can check early at 14:00 (check in time is 15:00) and it was accepted by the hotel. When we arrived the staff said we can only check in at 15:00, which is fine but it would avoid misunderstanding if staff declined our request and let us know if we can leave luggage there. It’s only a minor miscommunication and our experience was overall positive
