Comfortable and Clean

Pros: has cooking stove and fridge. staff are friendly. love the free tea and beers provided. good value.

Cons: would be nive to have more hanger and a steamer to iron the clothese

Pros: Great location, clean and good for the price. Room was tiny (as advertised) but we managed. The futon on the top bunk of the bunk beds was very thin and not comfortable. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. Not a room for lounging around in but worked well for 2 nights. We just wish the top bunk was a better mattress.

Hidden gem

Pros: Really loved staying here! Fantastic location up a small road off of the busy street. Hundreds of food and drink options near by and plenty of shops and japanese convenience stores Queen suit was spacious, clean, full of useful amenities and more than big enough to not feel cramped like many places in japan. I stayed here with my niece and felt the area was perfectly safe and enjoyable for us both

Cons: Some facilities need upgraded, staff a bit passive compared with the city standards

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Staff was friendly. The room was clean, a bit bigger than we expected and had all that we needed.

Cons: The room was quite dark and the lights were dim.

Don't regret it but wouldn't stay again

Pros: The staff I interacted with were super friendly and welcoming. The room was as pictured and very clean. The inside and outside bath were equally satisfying to use. Amenities are modern and comfortable.

Pros: Great location close to a station and everything else you need in a city (food, shops, launderettes). The room was very clean and the staff were helpful.

Cons: The air conditioning wasn't very strong and it was very very hot during our stay.

Pros: Very close to a station, lots of shops local. Was only there for 2 nights but would definitely stay again if I went back. Room had a traditional feel to it.

Cons: For some reason the clerk was adamant we couldn't pre book a taxi for a our flight from tokyo airport. Then it was raining and he said the taxis dont operate in the rain? He also said he couldn't help us find a taxi number either! Thankfully uber worked perfectly well for us and we got a taxi for 3 people with 6 bags within 15mins.

Pros: it was LARGER than i thought. I was so happy with large bathroom. and the staff was very kind.
