Great location!

Pros: Great location on a really quiet side street, just a short walk off a bright and busy tourist street. The JR train station is 2min walk away and very convenient to hop onto the Tokyo loop line and take a quick trip to any of the surrounding areas. The neighbourhood felt really safe. So many food options locally. The beds were comfortable, washing machine in the bathroom was great, the host very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Be mindful that there is a step up into the bedroom and into the bathroom. It is not a huge step, but it is uncomfortable if you are short or have leg/back problems, especially if stepping down from the bedroom at night or first thing in the morning - be careful. Kitchenette and sitting space is too small to actually sit and eat a meal together. The dryer function in the bathroom took many many hours to dry our hanging clothes after washing, but there is a coin laundry with dryers just a short stroll away if you're in a rush to dry clothes.

Great location at a great price. Will stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo.

It’s okay but the heating has much to be desired

Pros: Convenient nice self contained bare minimal small flat and clean. Shower was nice

Cons: The heating starts and cuts out according to a thermostat. So all night long hot air would blow down onto the bed. Then cut out until it got below a certain temp and then kick in again. I would not stay here again

Comfortable stay located in a quiet neighborhood right next to shin okubo and Shinjuku

Pros: Located in shin okubo, it’s nice to be a stop away from the very busy Shinjuku station. You can still walk to Shinjuku in 15 minutes. This property is on a side street in a quieter neighborhood so close to the main road.

Great base from which to pack in two days of Tokyo

Pros: Location is perfect. Whisper quiet, yet super close to eateries and train. Minimalist and very clean.

Cons: Liked all of it.

Perfect self catering accommodation in a great location

Pros: Everything - comfortable, great shower , perfect location for buying food, eating out and travelling by train to all the sights around Tokyo

Pros: The flat is big for Tokyo standards and in a good position, very close to the Shin-Okubo station. It is moreover in a residential street so you're not in the middle of the noise. For exploring the city we found it's perfect.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the action. Shinjuku is in walking distance, metro station is a few mins walk also. In a quiet area which was perfect to settle in after long days sight seeing. Perfect location to visit all sights/ travel around to Tokyo. Super clean. Good size. Easy check in and out process! Would highly recommend and would stay here again if visiting Tokyo.
