Amazing
Pros: Clean tidy apartment with everything you could need! Very comfortable bed and great cooking facilities should you want to cook. Very modern but in a older part of town ! Metro station 10 mins walk away plenty of things on uber eats should you want a take away, Staff were amazing constant check ins to make sure I arrived okay and debriefing before check out !
Cons: No space for smokers but this is a personal issue not everyone smokes !

Pros: The room was clean and more spacious than expected, especially for Tokyo. Loved that we had a small kitchen and a laundry machine as well!
Cons: There were some loud noises coming from a workshop next door from about 9 am until afternoon. Luckily the hotel provides earplugs, but just something to be mindful of.

Pros: It's clean and neat! Everything you need is here and it's easy to use too. The bed is soft, we had good rest here. The owner/keeper is also very kind and polite :)
Cons: The only thing is from the train station has to walk for 10 to 15 mins, when the weather is cold, it's really difficult to manage, and the road would be dark at night as well.

Had everything we needed
Pros: The apartment had everything we needed, it was a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but after moving the table a bit we could leave two big luggages open. We had good connections to the city and also the neighborhood was really nice with good cafes and bakerys!
Cons: The heating in the shower didn't work that well, also in the bathroom and toilet in general it was on the colder side. That could be improved in the future, especially if its getting colder. For us it was okay because we weren't in the apartment so much in general and it wasn't that cold yet.

We really enjoyed staying here and we’d definitely book again in the future!
Pros: The host answers quickly through the messages, was very kind and as soon as we got into the property it was spotless. Really clean, the bathroom was great and the kitchenette was really useful!
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like very much was the bed, the mattress was too soft which ended up not being very comfortable and we had back pain due to it but we understand that it differs from person to person as we’re used to a more hard surfaced mattress.

Great value and cozy neighbourhood for exploring Tokyo
Pros: Good location - calm neighbourhood with plenty restaurants, cafes and shops around. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, was clean. It wasn’t that tiny as others had mentioned in the reviews, actually it was a normal sized apartment with plenty of space to open luggage and move around.
Cons: The washing machine doesn’t dry out the clothes that well, so the air drying takes a bit of time, which isn’t terrible, it just takes a bit of planning

A comfortable stay with great amenities, though a few minor details could be improved.
Pros: Easy and smooth check-in Have individual kitchen, washing machine and bathtub Located in a quiet neighbourhood The room is clean and have wardrobe
Cons: The cleaning fee was not shown upfront during booking and turned out to be unusually high. No chopsticks were provided. The unit felt a bit cramped. The TV angle cannot be adjusted. The light switch is located behind the door

Perfect
Pros: I loved the location, so close to the metro, and the entire self check-in/check-out process. Since my flight arrived late at night, I was so glad that both check-in and check-out could be done autonomously. I also appreciated how spacious the room was, featuring a separate bathroom, a kitchen, and a sleeping area. The washing machine allowed me to pack fewer clothes since I could wash them. There was also plenty of space for my luggage and my girlfriend’s one.
Cons: Nothing. The room was perfect.

Cons: I stayed on the 3rd Floor, but even there the acoustic isolation its not perfect, the only downside
