Perfect location and clean apartment

Pros: Very close to the station. Full kitchen with utensils and a washing machine. The room also had a vacuum cleaner so that I was able to clean myself. Self check-in was very convenient and easy due to clear instructions.

Cons: Unfortunately the fridge was not working properly. This needs to be replaced. Also it would be better to put up instructions near the trash cans on the difference between burnable and non burnable garbage.

Would recommend this place, and would definitely choose this hotel the next time I return to Tokyo.

Pros: The location and layout of the apartment is spectacularly nice. Shinagawa Station is very close and there are many convenience stores close by.

Cons: Everything was above expectation and no complaints.

Pros: Lovely stay in the heart of Tokyo. Super accessible and walking range of all cool places in Ginza! The room was super clean and convenient, and the facility had free snacks from noon to night. Great experience and we will be back!

A nice apartment to stay

Pros: Kitchen, microwave, washing machine and dryer are very convinient. Feels like home away from home. Very quiet.

Cons: A slope heading to the hotel, a bit far from shinagawa station, walk about 8-10 minutes.

Would recommend

Pros: Seperate rooms with privacy, bathroom was spacious and fantastic location close to Shinagawa station.

Cons: Nothing. Had everything we needed.

Pros: Convenient location near Shinagawa station. Perfect for Shinkansen - not as congested as Tokyo station.

Cons: Self check in difficult to navigate - all instructions in Japanese and not user friendly - took a long time and frustrating to complete.

Highly recommended away from the crowd & yet near to the train station.

Pros: Huge accommodation with nice King size bed & with bath tub & cozy balcony. Quiet neighborhood & walking distance to train station. Very clean & effective air conditioning.

Cons: The apartment is located slightly uphill & the best way to go uphill is by taking the escalator from the Prince Hotel up to the 3rd floor & thereby reducing the uphill route by 3/4.

We were happy with our four nights at Pangoo Shinagawa. The room was a good size and it was good value for money.

Pros: The staff were very helpful as far as letting us leave our luggage earlier than the check in time. They also responded very quickly when I couldn’t work out how to open the door. We appreciated the comfortable bed and the hot shower. It was very handy having a washing machine and dryer and an iron. It was good that they also provide shampoo conditioner and body wash. It wasn’t too far to walk from Shinagawa Station to the accommodation.

Cons: Certain aspects of the room were a bit rundown. Having said this, I prefer that hotels are not renovated constantly as this is a waste of resources. The cleanliness of the room and the features included are what matter. The only other thing that would have been good would be to provide some oil and salt and pepper considering it is set up for preparing food.

Reasonable priced and well located apartment just a short walk from Shinagawa station.

Pros: Good location, close to train station and quiet neighbourhood. Reasonable space for Tokyo. Great having the washing machine.

Cons: Small bench space in the kitchen, and no lack of cleaning/drying cloths. Saggy sofa.

Good quiet location good deal for the size and the amenities provided.

Pros: Clean , large and convenient. We had the corner room so it was quiet. The size of the room for the price is a plus point. The convenience of the washer and dryer is a real plus. The apartment is clean that’s really important

Cons: The uphill walk from the station to the property but everything else wins!!!
