Pros: The apartment it is very spacious for Tokyo although a little older style apartment. Great supply of kitchen utensils,cups, bowls, plates etc. Good location close to bus stop to Ueno and short walk to nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. Not too far from train station either, about 10 minutes.

Cons: Not enough cleaning products for kitchen. Beds firm and pillow small and uncomfortable. (Used to Westerner softer beds.) Shelving and towel rack in bathroom would have been useful.

Stay in the heart of Asakusa

Pros: Great location, nice apartment. Perfect for traveling with small group or a family.

Pros: Great location. Big space for two couples. Clean with all the facilities. Responsive host.

It's a bit far from the metro, you have to take a bus, but overall the accommodation is excellent.

Pros: Comfort rooms, AC in each room, there is an elevator if you have luggage

Cons: We couldn’t use the laundry machine cause it had a unknown mistake and we needed to find out what was the problem It turned out that the container had not been cleared of dust after previous stayers

Great stay in spacious apartment

Pros: Excellent apartment in a great location. A huge amount of space, good sized bedrooms and lots of seating. You will struggle to find anything bigger and better in Tokyo at this sort of cost. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable property in central Asakusa, fantastic host!

Pros: By far the best communication I have ever had with a host. Exceedingly responsive and helpful, we could not have asked for better service! One of our luggage cases was damaged and they agreed to help us dispose (with payment, as is mandatory in Japan). The room is large, comfortable, and clean, with a full range of kitchen utensils, it's perfect for our family of 4. It's located 10-15 mins walk from Sensoji temple in Asakusa, there's a bus stop very nearby if you don't want to walk 20 mins to the nearest JR. There's a supermarket that opens late, right beside the property, and about 10 mins walk from the main restaurant thoroughfare in the area.

Cons: No fault of the property, but the local bus is physically small and often very busy. More than once we've been on with other tourists, and all the luggage really disturbs the locals.

Pros: The accommodation is excellent, really spacious and self check-in was simple. The location is nice too if you don't mind a 15 min walk to the nearest station.

Best price-performance ratio in Tokyo

Pros: Excellent location, easy to navigate city, next to some of the point of interests, middle of everything yet silent enough for good sleep.

Pros: Godsend apartment for families. Compared to other locations in Tokyo it is spacious and amazingly clean. The location is great, at walking distance from the busy streets of Asakusa : the neighborhood is quiet and we loved the 3 days we spent in this area.
