Sun white Gyoutoku 303

It was an amazing experience, not too far from JR Lines and close to local restaurants.

Pros: Place was clean and perfectly ready for our arrival. I've read the latest comment about dirty dishes and bins being full, however that wasn't our experience. Everything was cleaned and perfect for us. Beds were a little bit softer than what we expected but that's absolutely normal. All of the things listed in the property worked well and we utilized them a lot. No issues with the washing machine at all. I highly recommend this place (even though it will make my future reservations here that much harder xD).

Cons: The main email which would be used for all communications, it is not listed anywhere but in the initial message on booking. However after a bit of searching I found out how to properly contact the owner. The reason for contact was also another a bit negative thing and that is confusing information regarding garbage. It was not said anywhere what to do if we have bin full other than to contact the property (without writing on how to contact them) However after that we got instructed to leave it all outside on balcony and so we did. TLDR: Add an email to the physical document so people know where to contact you + make the instructions regarding the garbage simpler so people know what to do right away.

Pros: Very Close to Lawson, 7E and coin laundry. 16 minute walk to the nearest station. Almost complete amenities. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Maybe they can improve the shower. A little bit difficult to lock the door.

A really lovely, convenient apartment. Easy to find, access and to travel around by public transport from.

Pros: Though small this cosy little apartment was perfect for our crazy family (2 adults, one teen, one tween, toddler and a baby). It was super convenient to both the train station (about a 10 - 15min walk) and local stores. The area felt super safe, super family friendly and just met all our needs perfectly. Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your property!

Cons: We have no significant complaints. The apartment could be quite stuffy after being closed up for the day but this was easily, and quickly rectified with the air conditioner.

Pros: Well located and there are many things close to the apartment, market, convenience store, parking..

Cons: The only thing to say about it is that it is old, but very clean and comfortable

Pros: 房型比起東京許多住宿都大得多，尤其有兩間房間，以我們有3個孩子一起旅行，這間住宿對我們來說就相當好，可以讓我們住得很舒適。另外，洗衣曬衣也很方便！

Cons: 第一天覺得住宿的位置離車站相當遠，尤其對於推著大行李箱的我們非常辛苦，不過後來發現附近的「欠真間」bus station有來回「浦安站」的公車，離住宿點只要走路5分鐘，我覺得大家如果要住在這裡要多加利用附近的這個公車站，會讓大家更加方便！

Pros: The place was comfortable, spacious and the presence of Lawson store located below the Apartment and 7-11 Infront of the Apmt makes more easier for us in our daily needs, I will book again to Sun White Gyoutoku when we visit Japan

Pros: the location of the property is fantastic. the station it is near has some of the best food I had in Tokyo and the trains also led to near everything we wanted to go to! the beds were comfy however this stay is likely best for a 3-4 person group
