Very clean, good location, easy access from the station and to the centre of Shibuya

Pros: IT was really hard to get the keys from the locked box. The man in the cafe next door had to help up

Pros: Great place and it has everything we need, washing machine, clean toilet, cozy living rm area. Staff was great and sent reminders on check in process.

Cons: A bit further away from shibuya station, by walk I think takes around 10-15mins, but is good that away from the crowd.

Great apartment for those visiting Tokyo

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything one could need, primarily a kitchenette, although I did not use it.

Cons: I wasn't crazy about the stairs to get up to the loft! it's a beautiful little apartment, but I guess I'm getting too old to climb narrow stairs like that :/

Great stay in central Tokyo!

Pros: Fantastic location and great apartment for exploring Tokyo! We had some issues with being at the wrong building (our fault) but the host was very accommodating and helped us get to the right place (triple read the check-in notes because building A and B look almost identical in the dark and the rain!). Place was super tidy, it had a very small kitchenette but we were still able to use it for a few meals. It was very well equipped with shampoo, conditioner etc, and a good number of bowls/plates. The 2 floor beds upstairs were significantly more comfortable than the ones we've had elsewhere in Japan and a good layout for us and our toddler. Would highly recommend!

Cons: It wasn't a problem for us but there were stairs up the the apartment and then stairs up to the mezzanine so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues!

Primer viaje de mis hijos desde Chile, Sudámerica a Tokyo.

Pros: Todo muy cómodo en H2O Stay Shibuya Anon #B204. Barrio muy tranquilo, departamento cerca de estación Shibuya y Ebisu para movilizarse por todo Tokyo, hay varios 7-eleven, Lawson y Family Mart y restaurantes cerca para comprar comida y bebidas de noche, hay una maquina expendora casi afuera de la entrada. El propietario muy atento, contesta muy rápidamente. Muy recomendable.

Cons: Hay una escalera al interior para acceder: ojo con maletas pesadas o personas con discapacidad.
