Pros: Very good layout. It is located among the local people in downtown Komagome with easy access to central Tokyo. Good local food which is much cheaper with good quality dishes.

Cons: May need a better fry pan which has handles on it and it needs a good clean. Maybe a new set will be perfect

Pros: The apartment was spacious for the 3 of us. Host was very accomadating and responsive. Very clean. Location about 10 minutes walk from JR komagome station.

Cons: Not many food options at night

Excellent facilities and close to shops and train.

Pros: Instructions were very clear and host was very responsive.

Cons: The third / extra bed was only doonas on the floor, very hard to sleep on the floor. Not ideal.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend coming here for your visit in Tokyo! We spend one week here and could visit all important places in the city easily and quickly due to the good connection with Yamanote Line. The apartment is new, modern, offers enough space for 4-5 persons and had an exceptional Japanese flair. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen appliances and washing machine. The host was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Dans un quartier typique Tokoyïte avec petits commerces et restaurants. À vivre en famille. L’appartement etait hyper propre et bien aménagé. L’hôte nous a accompagné avant, pendant et le jour du départ. La gare JY est à 10 mins à pied, c’est l’une des ligne les plus simple.

Cons: Rien, sauf peut être un fer à repasser et une petite lampe dans les chambres ;)

Pros: The property was more spacious than most. It was in kind of a local neighborhood which was fun! The property was very responsive and helpful!

Cons: The futons/tatami mats were harder than we thought. They were kind enough to add another layer which really helped.

Pros: ・入室前も滞在中も、疑問点（問合せ）に、迅速に回答していただけました。 ・室内は、とても清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ・コンビニエンスストアやドラッグストアやスーパーマーケットが近く、必要なものはすぐに購入できました。

Cons: ・予想以上に、備品や消耗品が充実していましたが、事前に、有無や数量等が具体的に分かると、よりよいかと思いました（掃除用品・トイレットペーパー・調理器具・食器・浴室備品等）。 ・最新式で便利なものが揃っているので、室内にそれらについての説明（ご利用ガイド的な）があれば、宿泊者全員で情報共有しやすかったと思いました（テレビや動画を視聴するためのプロジェクター機能・ドアの鍵の施錠方法）

素晴らしい

Pros: 施設がとても綺麗で家族四人(子供二人、小学生程度)なら 充分心地よく泊まれます。 スーパーとドラッグストアも徒歩1分以内にあるので、買い物も楽です。オーナーさんは大変親切な方で、返信もすぐにしてくれます。椅子が足りないので補充してほしいことを伝えたら、きちんと用意してくださいました。

Cons: 特にありません。食器の数がもう少しだけ増えたら便利かと思いますが困る程度ではありません。

Clean, comfy, cute 😊.

Pros: The property was roomy, clean, and close to neighborhood shopping with grocery stores, convenience stores, and resale shops. Plus it was a short walk to Komagome Station. Plus, there was a washing machine. The host was responsive to messages and very accommodating and helpful.

Cons: We didn’t dislike anything. I would have like more clothes hangers in the closet to hang out clothes, as we had an extended stay.
