Pros: Great proximity to Shirokane-Takanawa Station and close to Keio Uni Mita Campus for visiting our daughter studying. Comfortable and suited what we were after. We like firm beds so found it comfortable.

Cons: Were given incorrect code to get in initially which was tough after long flights. However messaged host and they gave us code within 10mins 😆 Towels were far too small, more like handtowels. We had to buy our own. More pillows would be great. Kitchen sink under plug had not been cleaned of food by previous occupant.

Pros: We had a very nice stay at PL Parklane. The apartment was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable. The utilities were practical and well-equipped. For first-timers in Tokyo, this apartment was perfectly located, close to bus stops and not too far away from main neighbourhoods. The check-in was easy, the host highly responsive and the instructions helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The place was a bit tricky to find and we struggled to get there. While we had no issues with that, it is worth mentioning that the apartment was quite small, which could be problematic if travelling with many/oversize luggage. The only issue we had was with the wifi, that was very unstable and kept disconnecting. The wifi password and network were also not mentioned in the instructions.

Pros: すぐに連絡が取れ、困っていることに早急に対応してくれる。交通、買い物先などがすぐ近くにあり、大変便利。

Cons: 収納や、荷物などちょっとしたものを置くところ、掛けるところがもう少しあるとよかった。
