Highly recommended. Excellent accommodations in a premier, central location.

Pros: The property is centrally located with unparalleled access to essential services. It is within walking distance of major transit hubs—including both train and bus stations—as well as premier shopping centers, dining, and healthcare facilities.

Cons: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have only positive feedback regarding the accommodations. As a minor suggestion for future guests, providing a flat iron and additional clothing hangers would further enhance the convenience of the space.

Couldn’t choose better

Pros: I think the apartment looked even better live than in the pictures! We stayed in a group of 3 and it was a perfect size. There were many amenities that made our stay really comfortable - especially the bathroom ventilation system that helped to dry our laundry as it tends to be humid in Tokyo. The location was great! So close to the bus stop and around 10min walk to the station - additionally quite a few restaurants nearby, a convenient store and a shopping mall. Highly recommend it!

Good stay.

Pros: Accessibility to public transport and convenience to the stores. There was a washing machine an da near by laundromat.

Cons: Space between the bed and the rollout bed. Unsure how to turn off the fan. No cooking utensils to make use of the kitchen. Room number was not clear in the checkin instructions, maybe ensure that you state ROOM ###.

Perfect location

Pros: It is convenient to access airport and main attractions by subway. Shopping centers and groceries are nearby. We stayed skytree view.

Cons: Additional towels are not supplied. We cleaned them by ourselves.

Overall this place is highly recommended!

Pros: The location is perfect, 1 step away from bus stop, few steps from the mall, groceries, a beautiful park and the train station. The room is very clean and tidy, the facilities are awesome, elevator is a big help and convenient.

Cons: None much that i didn't like with the place coz i really appreciate the convenience staying on this accommodation.

Pros: Perfect apartment for Tokyo trip. Very close to the station with great connection to main attractions. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Good contact with staff through the booking.com webside. Highly recommend

Loved the Kinshicho location!

Pros: We really liked the excellent location near Kinshicho train station, vibrant shopping malls and dining options. The neighborhood was so safe and peaceful. The building itself was very safe, and was very conveniently located near 7-11 and Family Mart. Tokyo SkyTree and the beautiful SkyTree mall were only a 15-minute walk away. The flat's balcony had an amazing view of the SkyTree. I also appreciated that our host was very responsive and always replied promptly to our questions.

Cons: The apartment felt cramped for three people: when we extended the sofa bed, it left almost no space to walk around in the living room. I also noticed a lot of dust in the apartment, which would accumulate on the bed sheets. Also, we had a lot of trouble with the TV, specifically with regards to the volume: the volume goes to 0 whether you press the + or - volume button, and then the volume can no longer be changed. You then need to perform a factory reset on the TV, and can no longer use the volume buttons, otherwise the volume will go back to 0.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, great location. Easy connection to yamanote line. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
