Apartment with a great location

Pros: The apartment is quite small (common in Japan) but sufficient for a family of four. Separate shower and toilet, a small kitchenette, and a washing machine. The location of the apartment is really good, in a quiet residential neighbourhood but close to both Shinjuku and Shin Okubo with lots of restaurants, 7/11, Familymart etc around. Easy communication with the host and good instructions for check in and key pick up. Would be very happy to stay again.

Cons: There is limited space for storage of clothes and bags.

Very enjoyable stay , spacious and close to everything !

Pros: Very spacious room . Also good sized bathroom and toilet , really loved that it was close to Shinjuku centre too (3 min walk) , can’t complain , one of the best places we stayed in while touring Japan .

Cons: Nothing , loved everything.

3 nights stay

Pros: A quiet neighbourhood, comfortable walking distance from the train station with a 7-11 and family mart along the way. Was a comfortable space for my group of 3. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the room. Do request for second floor and above, (not the ground floor) as the ground floor is prone to roaches as my friend had experienced in her room. Check in and out was easy and fuss free. There was an instruction manual for ease of operating the appliances

Cons: Carpeted floors were comfy. Would be extra thoughtful of bedroom slippers were provided too

Nice value and great place for multiple guests

Pros: Spacious especially for a Tokyo room and comfy beds, provided dishes and silverware with kitchenette. Convenient to JR and Metro subway lines. Good access to shops including Lawson, Family Mart and Donqi nearby. Also lots of restaurants nearby within 10 min walk. Even two vending machines right outside the building for quick drinks.

Cons: Towels were too thin and didn’t dry well in room, ended up needing to rewash towel set during multiple day stay.

A cozy space where you and your family/friends can stay. Close to the bus stops so commuting won’t be an issue.

Pros: It was in a peaceful neighborhood. My parents enjoyed it.

Cons: Maybe add a broom.

만족스런 가족숙소

Pros: 가격이 아주 좋았고. 신오쿠보역 히가시신주쿠역과 가깝다. 신오쿠보역 상권 한국맛집이 매우가깝고 많다. 돈키호테도 가깝고 근처 편의점이 많다. 셀프체크인.아웃으로 편리하고 밤에 매우 조용하다. 수압이 세서 아주 좋았다.

Cons: 화장실과 샤워실은 좀 비좁다. 하지만 수압이세서 만족한다. 숙박기간내 여분의 수건이 제공되지 않는점은 아쉽다. 세탁을할수있지만 세탁건조시간이 1시간이상인점 감안하면 이부분은 개선이 필요해보인다.

Pros: スムーズに部屋に入ることができ、滞在中も何も問題はありませんでした。家具やアメニティも十分です。出かけるにも、便利な場所にありました！また、泊まりたいと思いました。
