Bedroom a bit small but good place to stay.
Pros: Quiet place good for a family off 4. Washing machine available.
Cons: Using the door code and unnecessary nonsense questions in their computer bevor and at arrival again. Why would you need to enter all details form 4 people with picture again at arrival. Bedroom is a bit small... add some hooks onto the Wall for better convenience.

A stay with great value for money
Pros: Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Here are some 'personal thoughts' on the pros and cons: Pros: - Affordable price - Great location — close to the metro, supermarket, and convenience stores - Comes with a kitchen, washing machine, laundry detergent, microwave, and all kinds of utensils - The body wash and shampoo were really nice - The bed and pillows were super comfortable - The host was very thoughtful — even wrote a little card ❤️ Cons: - The stairs are a bit steep - There’s no hot water at the bathroom sink - No power outlet in the bathroom, so I had to use the one near the washing machine to dry my hair in front of the mirror - The bunk bed room only has one light, so it’s a bit dim

Convenient location and comfortable stay
Pros: It’s located within a few minutes from a metro station (shinjuku line), in a very quiet area but with enough convenience stores and restaurants around. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4, and while we didn’t cook anything, everything from a basic kitchen was there. Check-in and out process with a tablet was seamless as well.
Cons: It was winter and the apartment felt cold, specially the bedroom with bunkbeds which had a small balcony. The AC and the provided heater had to be turned on for a while to manage the cold, but that caused the power to trip (it was easy to turn the switch on though) so we ended up not using that bedroom. We had a baby stroller so walking up and down the stairs with it was not easy, but that’s okay

Pros: 地點很好 A3出口有電梯 其他出口出來有兩家全家 全家附近走一下有超市 有賣草莓很好吃 房間方便且舒適 客廳也有暖氣機很貼心 用平板check in 拿密碼也很方便，雖然店家有說不能寄放行李，但在二樓check in的地方有幾個密碼鎖 鎖在邊邊架上可以鎖放幾個行李 (但後果自付就是) overall很棒!! 很modern 溫馨的房間
Cons: 唯一就是位在二三樓要搬大行李上斜樓梯手很痛@@

Tolle Unterkunft!
Pros: Bei unserer zweiten Japanreise waren wir diesmal mit Nachwuchs (wenige Monate alt) unterwegs. Wer in Japan nach großen Unterkünfte sucht, weiß wie verzweifelnd das sein kann. Wir sind auf diese Unterkunft gestoßen und waren erfreut über die Größe, die sich Vor-Ort bestätigt hat. Es verfügte über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-Küchenraum. Wir hatten genug Platz für uns als auch für unsere Koffer. Wäschewaschen ging auch sehr gut, lediglich beim Trocknen muss man kreativ werden. Die Lage in der Nähe der Kikukawa Station, war perfekt um schnell die Hauptattraktionen und wichtigen Stadtteilen zu erreichen. Es gibt genug Essenmöglichkeiten, Wäschereien und Parks. Wir werde die Unterkunft nochmal buchen in Zukunft.
Cons: Nichts.

Nosso lar doce lar temporário em Tóquio
Pros: No geral, nossa estadia foi muito boa! Pontos positivos: - As camas eram bem confortáveis - Ar condicionado esquentava rápido - Cozinha com todos os utensílios em estado de novo, tinha panela, ebulidor de água, pratos, talheres, faca de cozinha, tábua de corte, tesoura, abridor de garrafa de vinho etc. Usamos o fogão algumas vezes para cozinhar e estava tudo funcionando bem. - Chuveiro e banheira ok, com sabonete líquido, shampu e condicionador disponíveis - Máquina de lavar roupa funcionando bem, com sabão líquido disponível e pequeno rack para secar roupas - Localização boa, na linha Shinjuku, com estação de metrô e pontos de ônibus próximos, uma loja daiso a 1,5 quarteirão, um mercado my basket e um family mart a poucos quarteirões
Cons: Último ponto negativo é a falta de elevador, ficamos no andar 3 e voltávamos exaustos e com preguiça dos passeios, mas de restante estava tudo perfeito.

Fonctionnel et bien situé
Pros: Petit appartement très fonctionnel localisé dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille et près d’une station de métro de la ligne Shinjuku qui traverse Tokyo d’est en ouest et permet les transferts sur plusieurs autres lignes. L’enregistrement se fait aisément sur une tablette à l’entrée où le numéro de l’appartement est ensuite divulgué avec son code d’accès. Dans l’appartement on trouve une chambre fermée, une toilette, une salle de bain/douche et une cuisine équipée adéquatement. La climatisation se trouve dans la chambre seulement. Le wifi est rapide.
Cons: Le balcon est difficilement accessible et utilisé principalement pour sécher les vêtements.
