Comfortable and convenient!

Pros: It was comfortable, central & seperate dining room

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was how loud the people above us were and you had to take care going down the stairs

Love the spacious upstairs apartment. Loved the walk to the station with all the cute little shops.

Pros: We stayed in the upstairs apartment which for Tokyo standards was spacious and the host prepared extra beds for the kids. We were very happy with the short walk to the station along busy shopping Street with lots of cute stores for fashion trinkets food.

Cons: We could have used some more comprehensive directions and instructions about the Rubbish. It was difficult to understand where to put the rubbish.

Perfect space to explore Koenji.

Pros: Great space to explore Koenji and the surrounding areas. Clean, compact and very easy. The whole experience was seamless.

Cons: We loved it all. It was exactly as we imagined.

Great location in a comfortable property

Pros: The staff let us leave our luggage before the room was ready, so we could go out and explore to make the most of our time. The location is fantastic with both JR and metro options available for a quick trip to all the tourist areas. It is a compact room but large enough for four adults. There are also plenty of eating options and coffee shops nearby. The JR station also has a good supermarket, which came in handy.

Pros: Location was amazing. Apartment was relatively comfortable and it was stocked with what we needed.

Cons: Our apartment didn’t look anything like the pictures. It was super small and quite dark downstairs where the beds were. It smelt a little musty which was still ok. There were fly screens on the bathroom window so we left it open. There was also no dryer which was hard because we had a bunch of washing to do with only two days before flying out so it was a close call with the air drying but it worked out.

Fantastic location to explore a trendy area of Tokyo.

Pros: Great location, lots of bars, restaurants close by. Good shopping. Much preferred this end of town, compared to by the station. Plenty of space for 3 people.

Cons: Quite expensive for outer suburbs.

Pleasant stay in Tokyo

Pros: The location was great for access to shops and train stations. Having a dining area was good for eating breakfast.

Cons: It was anything about this property just Japanese hotels in general. Only having 1 pillow was frustrating for our entire stay not just here.

Pros: Location is fabulous, so close to Koenji shops and restaurants and very quiet and peaceful too

Cons: It was small for a family of 4 but absolutely manageable when the majority of the days are spent exploring.

Great location in Tokyo! Nice flat with everything you need

Pros: Amazing location. Not all the flats are like the pics but this place was pretty decent. Not much light downstairs

It was a really nice apartment but probably too small for our family of 4 (2 young adults). Good location to shops, rest

Pros: It was fine! Everything we needed. It was not as the photos had shown and we were surprised we were all in one sleeping room. But it all worked out and all the facilities were good, we enjoyed our stay. It’s close to a metro station but a far way out from centre of Tokyo.

Cons: Not enough pillows on the beds and double bed needed a headboard as wasn’t against a wall. Kitchen/dining area upstairs also needed more cushions to sit comfortably.
