Pros: La localisation, les équipements de confort essentiels et le système de récupération des clés à toute heure

Cons: - l’évier de la salle de bain situé dans la cuisine ; ce qui n’était pas pratique. - l’absence de notice d’utilisation des toilettes japonaises - l’ascenseur disponible qu’à partir du 1er étage ; compliqué pour monte les bagages. - l’absence de consignes à bagages. - appartement petit ; convient seulement pour un couple et un enfant au maximum.

Cons: - ascenseur disponible qu’au niveau du 1er étage (difficulté pour monter les bagages) - pas de notice pour l’utilisation des toilettes japonaises et de la machine à laver le linge. - taille de l’appartement idéale pour un couple ou un couple avec un enfant - mais trop petit pour trois ou quatre personnes.
