Great value for money.
Pros: Best thing is that it’s very close to Tokyo Skytree (about 10-15mins). 2nd best thing is the property manager was quick to respond to my questions during our stay. She was very kind. All the facilities are working. They have food utensils and cutleries. The toiletries and cleaning materials are well-stocked. They even have umbrellas. Though all the beds and mattresses were all in 1 room, it was still comfortable to sleep in. The only downside I would say is the space. If you have big luggages like us (We are 5 by the way: 4 adults and 1 kid), the space can be a but tricky. 2 people can only open their luggage at once. Please be careful going up and down the stairs as well, again it is quite tiny. It all worked out in the end anyway, we managed to get organised. Overall, it was still a great place to stay.

This was a great experience staying here the location alone both being near two stations but also coming home and seeing
Pros: Amazing location - and the owner was amazing transparent and super nice they made the stay that much more enjoyable . The house was nice and spacious we had 4 people could have fit 2 more comfortably .
Cons: Nothing it was a really good place to stay

스카이트리 인근의 조용하고 안전한 단독 숙소
Pros: SunshineHouse무코지마는 조용하면서도 안전한 동네에 위치한 단독주택이었습니다. 조용하다고 해서 중심지에서 멀리 떨어진 것이 아니라, 스카이트리로 유명한 오시아게역과 히키후네역 사이에 있어 교통도 관광도 매우 편리했습니다. 나리타에서 오시아게까지 스카이액세스로 한 번에 이동할 수 있어 체크인도 매우 수월했고, 아사쿠사, 스카이트리, 도쿄역, 긴자, 디즈니랜드 등 주요 관광지를 방문하기에 최적의 입지였습니다. (시부야, 신주쿠 같은 주요 지역으로 이동하는 것도 어렵지 않았습니다.) 또한 숙소 주변에는 빵집, 카페, 식당, 슈퍼마켓 등이 가까워 외식도 직접 요리도 모두 편리했습니다. 숙소는 단독주택 전체를 사용할 수 있어 프라이버시 측면에서도 특히 만족스러웠고, 가족 여행객에게 필요한 대부분의 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 햇살이 잘 들어오는 침실과 편안한 거실 공간 덕분에 하루 일정 후 충분한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 기본 조리도구가 마련된 주방도 매우 유용했고, 이번에 투숙했던 5박 동안은 물론 한 달을 머물러도 불편함이 없을 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다. 개인적으로는 인근의 카메빵집을 꼭 추천드리고 싶습니다. 오시아게역 근처 Life 슈퍼마켓도 자주 이용했는데 장보기에 아주 편리했습니다. 스미다공원 역시 산책이나 조깅하기 좋은 훌륭한 공간입니다. 전반적으로 위치, 편의시설, 숙소 컨디션 모두 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 가족 여행으로 도쿄를 방문하시는 분께 적극 추천드립니다. 숙소에 대해서만 적게 되었지만, 예약 직후부터 체크인 전/후, 체크아웃 후까지 호스트께서 항상 빠르고 세심하게 문의에 응대해주셔서 더욱 안심하고 머무를 수 있었습니다. 좋은 여행이 되도록 도와주셔서 감사합니다.
Cons: 딱히 없습니다. 하나 있다고 한다면, 이 숙소의 문제라기보다는 일본의 단독주택 자체가 옆집과의 거리가 매우 가깝기 때문에 저녁 이후에는 소음에 대해서 신경을 조금은 써야한다는 것 정도 였습니다. 하지만 호텔 외의 숙소에는 어디에도 해당되는 부분이겠네요. 또한 이 부분도 일본의 시스템에 의한 불편함이라 볼 수 있는데, 장기숙박객의 경우에는 쓰레기 분리수거, 배출방법에 대해서 어느정도 지식이 있어야 할 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다.

Magnifique maison au calme à Tokyo
Pros: Magnifique maison, très bien aménagée. beaucoup d'espace dans la chambre (avec petite véranda bien sympa). Nous avons pu arriver avant l'heure (très appréciable !! et encore merci) thé, café, sucre et bonbons à disposition et même 4 bouteilles d'eau bien pratiques!! Hâte d'y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour :-)
Cons: matelas des lits très durs (on a préféré dormir sur les futons) et canapé tâché (seuls bémol de cette maison géniale)

Pros: Tout,de la proximité du métro permettant de rayonner ,dans le grand et beau Tokyo et d'Asakusa ainsi que de la skytree. Le logement était parfait ;des équipements à la propreté de ce cocon niché dans Sumida.

良いロケーションできれいな場所でした
Pros: 交通の便、買い物のしやすさが良かったです。屋根、窓付きのバルコニーがあって、洗濯が出来、夜、くつろぐ事が出来ました。 オーナーの方もすぐにメールで対応してくださって、安心して利用出来ました。 スカイツリーも目の前でした。
Cons: ６人で宿泊しましたが、６人では少し窮屈かもしれません。我が家は家族だったので、あまり問題はなかったですが、友達同士だとプライバシーやみんなで食事はしにくいかもです。
