Ustay Nippori

Pros: I liked the location of the place and got to experience all sorts of setups from sleeping on the floor , 2 single beds to double beds i had the whole experience

Cons: I didn't like the fact that you are allowed to book only for on day at a time as had to keep moving my things out. The key obtaining method could use some improvements. Clear instructions on how to put the lock code - 1 digit and wait for the sound then rotate to the next digit and wait before opening the key lock

Three nights in Nippori

Pros: Clean, it is close to Nippori station (8 minute walk) and there is a washing machine in the apartment which we used for a few items. The split system heating works well and the bathroom is clean with good water pressure and you can dry clothes in it with a heating and ventilation system. A hotplate, frying pan, kettle, microwave and small refrigerator are convenient for heating a meal, making drinks and cooking eggs for breakfast. The area is quiet and we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring apartments. The floor space was as expected, about two futons in size. We were able to attach our two suitcases in a corner next to the refrigerator and a bag can be stored in top of the washing machine.

Cons: The futons are very thin and the floor is laminate floorboards, not tatami. We are used to sleeping on futon but these are the thinnest we have had. Too thin for comfortable sleeping. Please provide thicker futons for future guests. We would stay here again if the futons are upgraded.

Pros: I felt very safe as a single traveler in this location. Very easy access to the room, room was clean and had a nice bath. :) thank you!

Great for a short stay

Pros: Convenient walking distance from Nippori station. Lots of food around the place and a drinks vending machine right outside. Room is comfortable and clean.

Cons: Can be a little cramp if you have luggages in the room.

Pros: Location is near the Nippori station and that is great. The equipment and supplies are complete. You can get what you need. The room is small but warm. The clothes washing machine is good.

Cons: No elevator

Pros: Good location and a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to find and lots of umbrellas you can use during the stay. Only of the neighbor cats were loud at one night. There is even a drinks machine right outside the building.

Cons: The room is a bit small. Better to travel as a couple rather than friends. We couldn't let the luggage stay open so we would leave them on the balcony.

Very pleasant stay in Yoosuu Nippori. I’d book it again!

Pros: The location was perfect! Especially if you’re a foreigner and are travelling with a JR pass, trust me, it will help you move everywhere around the city from here! Everything was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: One of the beds was not as comfortable as the other one and is just a bit hard to take your luggage up to the floors without a lift.

Perfect stay for travellers!

Pros: EVERYTHING IS EXCEPTIONAL. Clean, well kept, provided all our needs! The location is amazing too and i'm so thankful with how the host answered all our queries. Will definitely recommend this place!

Pros: Near train station and the washing machine was a good help

Cons: No elevators and it was really a challenge esp with big bags. If youre an elder or a pwd, find somewhere else. But i guess it is good value for the money
