Premier suite New Shinjuku Kagurazaka front

Pros: We were a group of 7, and by Tokyo standards the space was incredibly generous and comfortable for everyone. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was especially impressive — fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a great place to stay...

Great for large groups, very clean, tidy and spacious. Close to all amenities and equipped with everything you need.

Pros: This property was amazing!!! The location was fantastic, house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Close to the train station and convenience store. Rooms are large, spacious and very very clean, tidy and neat. Would highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing, house is perfect.

When location matters!

Pros: The location of this property is brilliant! Super close to the subway station in a quiet area of town making it easy to get to the action of Tokyo but also escape it when you've had enough. Great coffee shop nearby too! The staff were excellent in their prompt response when we were trying to figure out logistics re: some luggage that didn't arrive on our flight. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay again!

Cons: Only one shower (which we knew going in so we weren't surprised). We made it work for our group of 10 but it did require some juggling. Photos made some areas look bigger than they were.

Excellent space for a large group !

Pros: Liked the location - quiet neighbourhood. Lawsons a minute away and so was the station.

Cons: Property needs one more bathroom. It had 2 toilets but 1 bathroom would slow everyone down.

Definitely a favourite on our trip

Pros: It was such a beautiful home with lots of space. The elevator was amazing. Ample bed spaces and beautifully soft towels. Loved the air conditioners but there's also heaps of windows so we had fresh air coming through. Loved the intercom so we could talk to everyone on ever level and organise the family to come for showers etc Pillows and beds were so comfortable. The check in instructions had photos of all instructions for remotes, hot water etc, this was perfect and made for a smooth check-in. Was close to a train line, laundry mat and food mart.

Cons: The uncoated concrete floors are beautiful, we were just worried we would mark them in the kitchen.

Few properties can accommodate 11

Pros: Technically speaking there is no staff. This is not a hotel. But I had many conversations with them through Booking.com's messaging system and they were always quick to respond. Always helpful, thoughtful, and generous. As for the property, it is clean and roomy. It is all concrete, there are 5 floors, with a very quiet elevator. We had 9 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. The beds felt more like doubles and comfortable. With 9 adults, the kitchen is quite small.

Cons: This is more of a numbers issue... 2 toilets and 1 bath/shower room, did take some patience with 11 people.

Awesome stay!

Pros: I liked how modern the property is. Location is nice as well - Quiet but accessible to attractions. Family mart, groceries, restaurants, even pharmacy (needed one on our stay) were all walking distance. Owner was also very much responsive and helpful throughout our stay up unto our emergency check out. Great place and would definitely come back!

Pros: The apartment is verrrry spacious. It is 5 floors and for the price it is worth it. For big groups, this will be perfect. In addition, it was close to a metro station and grocery stores
