TOMARIE Residential Suite Kita-Senju

Pros: Our stay for 9days for 7pax of us. i am very happy with the home facilities. All tip top conditions. Bring elderly my parents.They have one level bedroom and toilet. its easy for them. Nearby to 7 Eleven, Supermarket Tanaka for groceries item. Price is cheap compare Shibuya maybe because neighbourhood areaAlso nearby to Kitasenju station. I will repeat when i go to Japan Soon nextime here❤️

Despite the issues, the property has great potential. Some adjustments can provide a more comfy stay

Pros: Pros: Very new and clean: The property’s cleanliness and newness really stood out. Unique location: Situated in a neighborhood not frequented by tourists. So it was peaceful and quiet. Convenient accessibility: Walking distance to Kitasenju Station, which connects to Lumine and Marui Mall. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and groceries nearby. Complete amenities: The property provides towels, utensils, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and laundry soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, griller, microwave, hot water kettle, rice cooker, and even a vacuum cleaner. The only thing missing is an iron.

Cons: Cons: Heating issues: The property has three rooms on the second floor and one on the first floor. However, there was only one aircon/heater located on the first floor, which also serves the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas. Upon arrival in December, the second floor was too cold to sleep in. Our group of five adults and one infant ended up huddling together on the first floor, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Temporary heaters were only provided after I complained, and the permanent aircon/heater units were installed on our last day—when we were checking out. Steep staircase: The staircase to the second floor is steep, almost like a ladder. It’s not safe for children or elderly guests. Difficult address location: The property is located on a narrow street that is inaccessible to vehicles. The address was also tricky to locate due to discrepancies in the zip code between the house manual and Google Maps. This caused delivery issues with Japan Post for my pocket Wi-Fi. Oversized dining furniture: The dining table and chairs are too big for the space, making it challenging for our group to move around. We had to move the table against the wall and store the bulky chairs in the back. Thankfully, stools were available, which we used instead.

Pros: everything especially the big bathroom. quiet location and cozy house.

Fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien, dichtbij openbaar vervoer, supermarkt en winkelstraatjes.

Pros: Fijn huis met goede bedden en moderne apparatuur. Dichtbij stations en supermarkten. Ligt in rustig gedeelte van een woonwijk welke auto vrij is. Zeer rustige wijk zonder geluidsoverlast. Volledige huis is voorzien van airco.

Cons: Stijle trap naar de eerste verdieping.

Pros: Very comfortable, plenty of space, and a great bathroom.

Cons: Internet was kinda finicky, but it was 5g home, which is known to be finicky. Had to reboot 3 times during my stay. This isn't the owners fault. It's likely that hardwired internet isn't available due to the location of the property. To be fair, a reboot had me back up in about 2 minutes. Not a big problem.

Pros: Easy to communicate with the owner and the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Was able to get this as a last minute option due to an issue with my original booking and they were a true lifesaver. Highly recommend

Cons: It was a bit hard to find at first but once you find it its all good
