Pros: The location is excellent, the interior space is ample (accommodating 4 people), and the amenities provided are complete and clean. The host is very considerate. A great option for a short stay.

Would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Pros: Great location with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious by Tokyos standard and very comfortable. They helped us by directing the taxi driver to drop us off in a convent area so as to avoid crowds and provided many amenities. It was wonderful.

Cons: Nothing, everything exceeded expectations.

A great find perfect for groups, perfect for exploring Tokyo.

Pros: We wanted a true two bedroom apartment for us and our daughter, and this apartment had a perfect set up for us! Her bedroom was on the other side of the kitchen/living room. We had plenty of room to hang out, eat, and have privacy. The location was important to us, and this was a 12 minute walk to Ueno Station, very convenient.

Cons: This property is almost like a cross between an Airbnb and a hotel - the people managing the hotel were there, but you should not expect daily cleaning, which was fine with us!

Pros: 今まで泊まったホテルの中でもトップクラスに良かったです！お部屋は想像以上に綺麗で、ベッドもふかふか、ぐっすり眠れました。特にスタッフの方の心配りが素晴らしく、細かいところまで気遣いを感じました。正直、期待以上で感動しました…！ダイニングキッチン付きで広々していて、まるで「暮らすように泊まれる」感覚。寝室が2部屋あり、どちらも快適でしたが、特に和室が最高！おしゃれで落ち着いた空間で、心からリラックスできました。さらに洗濯乾燥機付きなのが神ポイント！旅行中に洗濯できるのは本当に助かるし、長期滞在にも完璧です。清潔感も申し分なく、設備も充実、居心地が良すぎて「もう帰りたくない…」と思うほどでした。ホテルとは違う、特別感のある宿を探している方には全力でおすすめします！また絶対泊まりたい、心からそう思える最高の宿でした。

A well-equipped, cozy, and spacious apartment unit in the center of Tokyo.

Pros: Cozy and tastefully decorated in a minimal, neo-classic Japanese style, the apartment unit we stayed has all the equipment and is perfect for a family of 3. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the Ueno Station. The checkin wasn’t smooth and there was no staffed reception; however, the host will answer the questions quickly in Booking message.

Amazing!

Pros: The building is clean the employee is amazing. She answered all our questions made sure she explained everything. Happy we were the first guests and the customer service was 10/10 would recommend. We stayed in room 101 which had a full size bed and two twin beds in the room. Shower is clean, bathroom is also clean and they provide toothbrush toothpaste wash cloth mouthwash it was an amazing easy comfortable experience.
