Pros: C’est grand avec une chambre séparée. C’est bien situé proche de la gare et de l’épicerie.

Cons: La vaisselle est minimaliste et le frigo ne refroidissait pas.

Pros: Good and quiet location. The quick reply of the staff. The price. The amount of convenience stores in the area.

Cons: We suspect that there might be mold underneath the left bed of the bedroom with the two beds, maybe it could be discoloration..... The apartment is generallyon the colder side but turning on the heating remedies that.

가성비 좋고, 공간이 넓어서 가족이 편하게 쉬다 갑니다.

Pros: 공간이 넓고 잠도 편하게 잘 잤습니다. 숙소로 찾아가는 길도 쉬웠습니다. 무엇보다 가성비가 정말 좋았습니다. 2박동안 잘 쉬다 갑니다~.

Pros: The location was exceptional in space and cleanliness. Located about 15 minutes from Minami-Senju station. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple. We couldn't believe we got such quality and space for the price we paid. There is no equivalent.

住不起鬧區，郊區的好選擇。

Pros: 空間夠大，有兩間房間外加客廳沙發床。家庭旅行最多6人一起住很不錯。有洗衣機和室內陽台，滿足老人家想洗衣服的需求，可惜衣架數量略顯不足。廚房附有刀具砧板&鍋碗杯盤，還有烤箱&微波爐簡直一應俱全，可惜少了瀝水籃，洗菜不方便，補足就完美了！浴室空間比商務飯店大~舒服。對面有小型超市，附近也有兩間Lawson100，早餐宵夜救星！再遠一點也有業務超市。

Cons: 位置雖然不在鬧區，但至少離公車站牌近，10分鐘即可到淺草，20幾分鐘到上野，彌補了缺點。廚房收納櫃不夠乾淨。廚房流理台會飄出異味，使用了空氣清淨機沒什麼用，需要開啟牆壁上的換氣孔流通空氣，冬天住的人可能很辛苦，冷風進來會冷（位置又在餐桌旁腿邊）。沒有電梯是硬傷，好在樓梯不窄，大型行李搬運不難。可以的話，還是有份入住指南比較好，這次入住四晚，少量垃圾還可以堆積，但是長住的人或人數多的話不知道怎麼提前處理這些垃圾呢！而且，垃圾桶只有分可燃和瓶罐，在之前的住宿還有不可燃，不同地方規則不一樣嗎？還有廚房有一罐已開封的醬油，不確定是前住客留下還是房東提供的，有些許說明還是好的。（牆壁的孔洞，真是少見啊！坐旁邊的人建議蓋上膝毯）

Pros: Très propre, très spacieux, bien équipé (machine à laver, TV 4K, cuisine etc...), 10 minutes à pied d'une gare JR. Rapport qualité prix excellent, mieux et moins chère qu'un hôtel. Le propriétaire est très réactif aux messages.

Pros: the apartments are really very big, they fully correspond to the photos! everything is clean, maximum number of amenities. lots of storage space, which is rare for Japan! we recommend booking 🙏🏼 also very nice owners of the apartments! kind and always ready to help and allowed to leave suitcases after check-out until the evening 💙 for those who care about location, the only thing that was not very comfortable was that the apartments are very far from the metro.
