Great location, nice neat apartment

Pros: Fantastic location, close to shopping, food, trains! Down a quiet street with 7/11 store a minute walk away. Apartment was clean with great amenities we were a family of 5 ( 3A & 2K ) and found the size liveable for our stay

Cons: A few extra pillows would have been great. But otherwise everything was great

Enjoyed the stay in Shibuya, great location and apartment.

Pros: Great location, well kept apartment, comfy beds, number lock entry was great.

Cons: The corridor/lift/stairs area outside the apartment was nowhere near the standard that the apartment was, it was unclean and clearly required upkeep, not the apartment owners fault but it did make us worry at first

Felt like we lived in Shibuya for a few days the place felt like home

Lovely convenient apartment in the heart of Tokyo

Pros: Nice little apartment, clean and comfortable. Helpful instructions throughout from the hosts, including detailed directions of how to find the place with pictures. Also a book in apartment with instructions for all the appliances.

Cons: The apartment is not really 10 mins walk from Shibuya station, more like 15-20 in the August heat with kids and luggage, mostly uphill! We got the train to Shinsen station, one stop up from Shibuya (have to change lines tho) but that station is much closer, 3 or 4mins walk. Also as others have said the corridors, lift and stairwells look very dirty and run down but don't be put off as the inside is lovely.

A nice location to visit Tokyo, small apartment suitable for 3-4 adults.

Pros: Good location close to restaurants and public transport links. Washing machine was useful.

Cons: No real comfortable lounge area. General property was dated. Limited space to unpack clothing
