Cons: Lighting switch layout confusing. One of the room lights didn't dim properly (100% and 3% lighting... barely on)

Most comfortable lodging I've ever stayed in.

Pros: Seven adults enjoyed Shibuya, This inn is about 8 to 9 minutes walk from Shibuya station. It is located in a quiet environment. There are many convenience stores and restaurants in the area. The location is top notch, close to the center of Shibuya. The rooms at the inn have a nice atmosphere and the whole place is clean. The shower was comfortable and I slept well in bed. It is on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator and overlooks the Shibuya area. The host Mayumi was prompt in answering my questions. I would like to come back to this inn again.

Nice place to relax after a busy day in the city

Pros: Location was convenient, unit was clean, up to date amenities!

Cons: Hard to find at first but the host kindly sent a photo of the entrance!

Pros: The property was full of small touches that made us feel welcomed and at “home”. The place was very comfortable and convenient for our stay in Tokyo. The communications for the reservation, check in, check out, and instructions in the apartment were also very helpful to make the whole experience easy.

Picturesque, comfortable, and exciting!

Pros: Absolutely adorable place, surrounded by interesting things to explore while still being quiet enough at night to sleep well. Owners have spent a lot of time anticipating the needs of their guests.

Cons: Perhaps a side table in both the bedrooms, only one room had one so there was no place for cellphone. Also, would be nice to have two keys to make it easier for people to go to different locations.

Overall, it is a good house.

Pros: The house is easy for taxi drivers to find. The property owner’s communication was excellent and responsive. She replied to our questions within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and close to Family Mart, markets, and 7-Eleven. The check-in process was easy. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, with dish detergents. The facility has a washing machine and laundry detergents. The bathroom is tiny, but given the size of the house, it is acceptable. The bath towels are small and dry compared to others in JP. The only issue is the noise at night. The bar is in the building, and some nights were noisy as bar-goers talked and sang all night. It does not happen every night; however, being a light sleeper would affect your rest time. We did not see the bar-goers as it opened late into the night. Overall, it is a good apartment. I would recommend it if you don’t mind about the noise.
