Great place, but CAREFUL with the price: an outrageous, almost a scam, cleaning fee will be applied

Pros: Small but clean and cozy, with decent size bathroom. Nicely insulated so it keeps the temperature really well and it's not noisy at all.

Cons: The worst thing is that instead of being upfront with their price, they exclude both the cleaning fee (outrageously high, almost a scam) and the tax. They of course do this to be on top when sorting cheapest first, so it's easy for people to book quickly and then have a bad surprise. Also, beware there's no lift and the stairs are very steep, so if you carry a lot of heavy luggage it can be difficult.

Probably the best and cheapest one room apartment experience you will get in Tokyo.

Pros: Great localization - away from crowds and busy main streets, not so far from tram station and about 4 mins to Oku Station. Various konbini to choose from nearby, most of them open 24/7.

Cons: The place is just right for short stay for 2 people but for a group of 3 for 6 days the room was a bit tiny.

Pros: Staff responded fairly quick on questions through the messaging system. The location is close to a train station, multiple convenience stores, a grocery store and coin laundry.

Cons: Their coin laundry is for quick light loads so don't expect to get any large loads done. There wasn't much of a mountain view as the room name suggested. A bigger fridge would've been nice but for a place to stay and sleep, it's a great bang for your buck.

Quiet and comfortable stay, great value for money, would definitely stay again

Pros: Liked the value for money for our stay while having the amenities we needed (ref, microwave, toiletries, etc.), no problems with the heating and air-conditioning too so the room was comfortable to stay in. It was also usually quiet in the evening, Also, we liked how we were able to leave our luggage earlier (check in early) vs what time other hotels usually allow check-in.

Cons: As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are a bit narrow but it was fine for us, we were able to carry our luggage up to our room. It's just a nitpick but it is also around 8-10 mins walk to/from station, but generally because of that the area is also very quiet and we liked it.
