Nice, quiet spot for a relaxing holiday
Pros: I like that it was in a quiet neighbourhood and that the train station were close enough (5-ish minutes walk). There's a shrine nearby too. The bedroom was big enough for us too. Enough space to move around.
Cons: Non-washlet toilet 😞

Great place to stay for a Family Tokyo experience
Pros: The apartment is a good size for a family of 4 and has excellent facilities for a 4-5 day stay. Easy check in method and close to station, supermarket.
Cons: Could have been cleaner and better maintained. Several lights didn't work and balcony was inaccessible.

Pros: The apartment was more than enough for two people, I would like to highlight the owner's quick response to additional information as well as his kindness. And even if it may seem small it is enough and the beds are very comfortable!

Pros: I enjoyed staying in a more authentic side of Tokyo where you have the chance to interact with locals and it's very relaxing and quiet during the night. The apartment was quite comfy as a solo traveller. I requested an upper floor and the owner assigned me a nice little apartment with an amazing view.
Cons: The only thing is that there was no hair dryer.

Nice apartment
Pros: The larger space and kitchenette type facilities. It had a fridge, kettle, microwave and hot plate. Made it easy to self cater. It was close to a Konbini and only 8 or so minutes walk to the station downhill. The host was very responsive and quick to help.
Cons: Nothing really. Maybe some extra plates and mugs, but had I asked for it I''m sure it would have been provided. In all a pleasant stay in a quiet area.

Not bad when you don’t spend much time inside and come just for sleeping. But there is not much pleasure and comfort in
Pros: Nice location, bus and underground stations are nearby as well as supermarkets and cafes. Also, there is a laundry in a minute walk. All basic stuff in the apartment was included (towels, small washing machine, dishes, slippers). We had YouTube on TV which was quite nice for evenings. We have really spacious wardrobe, which is quite a rare thing in most Japan hotels. As the room was so small, thanks to the wardrobe, we could keep our luggages there.
Cons: Photos are different from what we got. For example, there are side tables with lamps, but in real life we had to keep all the belongings on the floor. The mirror in the bathroom was extremely dirty, it was disgusting. The balcony wasn’t quite nice to use it. There was no space to keep towels after taking a shower, except cliffs under the beds, that’s why they were always wet.
