Portugal 🇵🇹

Awesome stay, but there's a margin for improvement...

Pros: Affordable accommodation, in a nice neighborhood, located near public transportation. Also not far from the centre, and at a walking distance from SkyTree tower. All the amenities I needed were in the apartment as well, so I highly recommend it.

Cons: There's a rulebook with the rules, so much information, but yet it fails to actually explain how to use the washing machine, and that I had to turn ON the WiFi before actually using it (never seen anything like that). Feels a bit useless to have such an extensive rulebook, and then still taking ages to set myself up. Even a couple of minutes before checkout there was already the cleaning guy knocking on the door. I got a bit late, but never had someone to kick me out of a room even before the checkout time 😅 There's a margin for improvement. You can't expect guests to be flawless with the checkout, but then you fail to convey the apartment rules properly. Also, the check-in experience could be improved. Feels a bit like double standards to me!
