Great place

Pros: Perfect start to our Japan holiday. Great communication from the host although we never saw them. 😅

Cons: Aircon was slightly hard to get the hang off, but once we did, was great. We had the 4th floor apartment and one Aircon was out of order, but it was still cold enough.

Great stay for backpackers and groups

Pros: It's a very community based building. Great accommodation for groups and backpackers that want to interact with others. Rooms are small, but large enough to fit two with luggage comfortably.

Cons: The location is a fair walk from Kabukicho station and is tough with large luggage. There are no ensuite bathrooms, so it's shared toilets and showers, which I'm not a big fan of.

Pros: Very good place to stay in. 7Eleven at the corner and Minowa Station just a few minutes...so wonderful!

Cons: Maybe an elevator for the first day to carry luggages...😉

Pros: Accomodation was perfect, perfectly clean and in great locality. Also for foreigners - climatization is also heating and also :D dehumifier, which is necessary for drying clothes. Washing mashine can also a bit dry your clothes, just use google translate for the right buttons.

Good location

Pros: Large and clean room for 4 people. Train station and gorcery Market are near by with 5 minutes walking distance. Falimy Mart also available.

Cons: Washing machine dryer is not sufficient to dry all the clothes. Check out time 10am is too early.
