Pros: Great location and really close to the subway and mall. Nice and quiet, not too noisy with a great view of the tokyo skytree

Sumida city is perfect location to stay. The host is soresponsive and helpful. I enjoy my stay here.

Pros: The location is perfect. Many konbini around . Close to train station ( oshiage). And there is an onsen/sento nearby too.

Cons: The facility is adequate. But I expect that the host can provide more decent uttensil for the room. However I have let the host knows what needs to be improved

Pros: 位置很好，押上站出口四分鐘就到。自行入住很方便，屋主同意下午一點就可以彈性入住，省去寄物的麻煩，很感謝

Cons: 位於四樓，扛行李箱爬四樓很辛苦

Pros: Para 3 estuvo bien fue cómodo y tenía lo necesario, refrigerador de buen tamaño, vista hermosa de la skytree desde el balcon.

Cons: Las escaleras un poco angostas, sólo eso la verdad nos gustó

スカイツリーに行きたければ安いここもオススメです！

Pros: 窓からはスカイツリーが見えて、徒歩圏内でした。 近くで舞台観劇が連日あったため、最初チェックインする時刻が遅くなってしまったときも、とても丁寧に対応していただき、翌朝にチェックインさせていただきました。 日本語が堪能ではなく、こちらも言語が堪能でないため、翻訳アプリを使っての会話でしたが、「疲れてるから邪魔したくなかった」と気遣いあふれる言葉があったり、子供にも「かわいい」と声をかけてくださったりと好感がもてました。 近くに温泉もあり、とりあえず泊まれたらと思ってた私たちからしたら部屋の広さもあり、十分でした。

Cons: 隣の家に配慮して片側窓を開けないようにとのことでしたが、別に困ることはなかったので、よくないというところはありませんでした。

Pros: The host is very helpful and fast in responding. We were attended by a very sweet young lady and were explained thoroughly while staying in the unit. Thank you for your great help with our luggages.

Cons: The space might be too cramp for a family with 2 teenagers. Otherwise all is well.

Will definitely stay again if we have the same rates we have availed.

Pros: Stunning view of Tokyo Skytree. clean, spacious, very close to Oshiage station. walking distance to Tokyo Skytree!

Cons: Stairs, no elevator. We stayed at 4th floor and its quite challenging if you have baggages with you.

Pros: Good location helpful staff, I had problem they came late at evening and fixed everything, would definitely go there again!

Cons: There's nothing to complain
