Shinjuku Shin-Okubo Station Nippon no Yado

Pros: This location was in the heart of Japans Korea town and offered incredible food options and was a short 10 minute walk to easy public transport.

Cons: On arrival we did have to relocate to a different room for a few days due to plumbing concerns. This was not the property owners fault and they were incredibly accomodating and offered to assist in moving our luggage between the rooms.

Good value for money and amazing location!

Pros: Host was very nice and did everything to accommodate us. The apartment is relatively spacious for Tokyo compared to other places I've been. Location is great as you can walk to Kabukicho within 20'.

Cons: Bathroom was very small and full of moisture which attracts a lot of little flies! Apartment was clean but very dusty! I had asked the host to make sure it wasn't but on the air conditioners there was a lot of dust! A little noisy from apartment above as there are other foreigners staying on the building.

Pros: Lina ist the best host we ever had. She is lovely, patient and really helpful. The place is very japanese and peaceful. Great area to walk around and get easily to Shinjuku and central places.

Great place for a few days in Tokyo! Highly recommended!

Pros: Very nicely decorated, traditional Japanese feel. Very cleverly furnished, functional and stylish. Located very close to metro station, really ideal! Host was there to meet us on arrival, very welcoming!

Cons: Not so clean… also the kitchen was poorly equipped, lack of pots/ plates etc. We stay at apartments because my son has severe allergies and we rely on home cooking, which was a bit challenging at this place.

Convenient to travel and comfortable to live in

Pros: Very beautiful Japanese style room, located in the center of Shinjuku, the house is also very spacious, the room is very clean, the nearby transportation is also very convenient, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Shinjuku Business Center, there are many Korean barbecue restaurants nearby. There is a 7/11 24-hour convenience store opposite the house, which is very convenient.

Pretty design, easy access when checking in, responsive and kind landlord.

Pros: Well situated, near family mart and bc Donald’s, as well as near the centre of Shinjuku.

Cons: It was smaller than expected.

We would stay again, staff super helpful and kind. Cute, great location, great for families, liked this stay a lot!

Pros: Great location, very homey and comfy, loved the TV, bedding, kimonos, staff was wonderful!

Cons: Bathroom a bit dirty but not terrible.

Pros: Le logement est super bien situé, à 10 minutes de la gare de shin okubo et 15 minutes du célèbre quartier de shinjuku. Logement spacieux et complet pour passer son séjour. La proprio est très accueillante!

Cons: Le seul point faible etait la salle de bain qui était salle à notre arrivée. ( moisissure sur le mur et rideau de douche)
