Amazing apartment

Pros: I loved this apartment! The whole process for checking in was seamless and the communication with the host was fast and easy. I love this area and how well connected is with the city center. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the amenities that we needed!

Schöne Wohnung in einen sehr netten Viertel!

Pros: Tolle Lage in einem sehr schönen Viertel. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und hat immer schnell reagiert. Uns gefiel die Unterkunft sehr gut.

Cons: Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein :-)

Pros: It is homey, spacious and clean. It is near the train station and to commercial establishments. It is living like a local.

Cons: None. For us, it’s perfect. Very difficult to find a place like this.

Pros: 整个房子可以做到拎包入住，开门的第一印象就是觉得干净、整洁、无异味，整个房子分为两个房间，一个房间有两个床架，另一个房间是榻榻米，整个房间3-4个人住最合适，房子配套设施非常完善，如果想自己做菜也配备了锅碗瓢盆，油盐酱醋，燃气灶小烤箱，微波炉冰箱一应俱全，洗衣机也配有洗衣凝珠，有三个阳台，其中一个阳台安装了晾衣架方便晾晒衣服，浴室还有小浴缸，另外配有多种转换插座不用另外自己购买了，交通便利，地铁站走五分钟就能到，周边也有餐饮店、超市和24小时便利店，老板非常热情周到，入住前一天就会向你确认达到时间和发送指引图及如何拿取房间钥匙，正常时间内联系基本都能很快响应并予以解决，因为日本有很麻烦的垃圾分类及不能随意丢垃圾所以老板隔几天就会主动联系不在的时候上门回收垃圾和打扫基本的卫生，另外还提供了旅游攻略有关的书，天气炎热还提供了便携式扇子，下雨玄关还放有雨伞，入住时还会放几包小零食在餐桌上，整体感觉性价比非常高。

Cons: 目前只发现一个小问题就是没有提供洗漱用品，在房间没有提供和自己也没带的情况下，旁边也有24小时便利店所以也不是什么大问题。
