Pros: The bed is very comfortable. And staff responded quickly when I needed help.

Cons: A bit too far from the station. The room a bit too tight.

Pros: Clean property in convenient location. Having an apartment to our own was nice for making breakfast and small meals. The washing machine was a life saver. The neighbourhood is great, loved Ikebukuro.

Cons: We booked it for three, and it's really way too small. We barely had any space to move and eat and store luggage. Might be better for two adults and maybe one kid rather than three adults.

Pros: Great location. 10 minute walk to the station which then was close to so many other cities to explore. Room was very clean, however as per Japan standard quite small. However we managed. Apart from size, I couldn't fault it.

Quiet and orderly

Pros: Security of access to the house, cleanliness of facilities and helpfulness of the owner.

Cons: Space a bit tight for 3 people.

Good value for money overall

Pros: Appreciate the tidy and clean rooms. With washing machine, hanging bar and a room accessible balcony which makes efficient washing and drying clothes. With lift to carry luggage which is highly appreciated.

Cons: The only downside is the walking distance from here to Ikebukuro station takes around 20 minutes.

Modern and - for Tokyo - spacious rooms a bit away from the hustle and bustle

Pros: The room is very modern, clean and with all those elements you may require for a few nights staying in Tokyo. The location is in a more quiet area of the mega city. If I don’t mind walking something like 20 minutes on a leisurely pace from Ikebukuro Station and you are looking for a comfortable apartment with some good value for money and are not so fond of exploring the city’s nightlife in many of its details but rather prefer a really good night rest after a busy day of exploring city areas, parks, shrines and museums and you are almost overwhelmed of impressions and just look for a good shower and bath as well as a bed to wind down … maybe even wash some of your clothings … you might like it here.

Great stay on the metro subway line.

Pros: Clean with great in room facilities. Laundry and bathroom are fantastic.

Cons: Nothing. It was great.

Pros: El Wi-Fi che non siamo riuscite ad collegarci, scherzo da parte, la pulizia e il conforto c’era tutto e di più

Pros: Departamento amplio para lo que es Japon, bien ubicado, unos 15 minutos caminando a la estación de metro y casi frente a un supermercado. Tener lavadora un plus.

Cons: Deberían especificar mejor cómo tirar la basura ya que es confuso, la cama individual dificulta el paso , lo que hace que el alojamiento sea ideal para 2 personas, pero muy pequeño para 3

Pros: Logement propre, literie confortable, bons équipements. Le meilleur logement de notre séjour (5 établissements différents). Supermarché à proximité avec un grand choix de repas, très pratique.

Cons: Petit bémol sur la distance du métro,15min à pied, mais qui se fait via une rue piétonne très agréable.
