Pros: What I really liked about this homestay was how thoughtfully it was prepared for travelers. It had everything we needed, making our stay worry-free. The room was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. I appreciated the little details like the washing machine with detergent and fabric softener, as well as the extension cords for charging. The owner even provided a map with suggested places to visit, which was super helpful for exploring the area.

Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike about this homestay.

Beautiful facilities, convenient location, everything you need for a comfortable stay regardless of how long you plan to

Pros: This place has everything you need no matter if you’re staying one or many nights. The location is incredibly convenient, you can find anything within a 20-25 minute walking distance and if not, the C1 entrance to the Ikebukuro station is just a couple blocks away and basically you can get anywhere from there. It’s also less crowded than other places like Shibuya so it’s really comfortable when you’re super tired from walking all day and don’t want to get caught in a crowd on your walk back. Inside the property: the beds are quite comfy, the dining table is great if you want to dine in there (there are a lot of delicious food places around) or if you need to do some work too. The bathtub and toilet are separated so you can still use the toilet if someone is showering and there is a washing machine for you to take care of your laundry.

Pros: 公寓設備齊全，備品應有盡有～真的就像住在自己家裡一樣輕鬆自在，入住方便，即使很晚到達也沒問題～房東非常細心且熱情，行前就已提供詳細的介紹，房間內各個小角落也都有清楚的說明。總而言之真的是cp值非常高～很讚！

Cons: 公寓稍微舊了一點，但一切都很方便，沒有什麼問題：）

地點很好，離地鐵很近，交通方便，百貨公司多，附近有超市餐廳，但又很安靜。

Pros: 房間住三人空間很大，有廚房設備可以簡單烹煮料理，有大冰箱可存放水果飲料冰品。房間也有洗衣機，也有陽台晒衣服很方便，適合短期旅行，可以體驗日本在地生活。

Cons: 床很軟，但睡覺不會不舒服，可是不要坐在床上玩手機，隔天會腰酸背痛

Great place, recommend for group stay.

Pros: The amenities are so complete. it’s quite big space for sleep for 4 adults. There is a table so we can eat calmly. Place is so tidy and clean, there is a vacuum cleaner so it’s would be okay if you had a long stay. The host is so kind and giving me a clear instructions for the property.

Cons: It just that the place is quite far if you want to use the JR line. The neighborhood was a little bit dark at night and dirty, but that still okay for me.

Pros: มีอุปกรณ์อำนวบความสะดวกครบทุกอย่าง แม้กระทั่งที่หนีบ และที่ม้วนผมสำหรับสาวๆ หรือแม้กระทั่งตัวชั่งน้ำหนักกระเป๋าเดินทาง ที่นี่มีให้ครบจริงๆ เตียงก็ใหญ่นอนสบายมาก ประทับใจจริงๆ

Cons: เมื่อใช้อ่างอาบน้ำหากปล่อยน้ำในคราวเดียว น้ำอาจจะระบายไม่ทัน แต่ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่สำหรับฉัน
