This accommodation was a pleasant experience

Pros: Although this house is relatively old, it has a beautiful garden. The landlord lives on the second floor. He can speak fluent English and provide immediate assistance. He prepare clean towels for us every day and keeps the house extremely clean. For me, this accommodation was a pleasant experience.

Cons: The location is a bit off the outskirts. There are no restaurants or subways nearby,

Very beautiful place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: This is a wonderful place to stay with beautiful facilities and a really nice garden. The house is in perfect condition, clean and quiet. The Japanese-styled room gives you the traditional Japanese experience especially due to it's wonderful decorations. The hosts are very welcoming and help you with anything. They speak both English and Japanese. We went here as a family and would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Beautifully appointed home in a nice area

Pros: The house was beautiful. We loved sitting in the garden in the evenings and enjoying a glass of wine together before dinner. Of the four houses we stayed in during our holiday in Japan, this one had the most comfortable bed and pillows. Also, no stairs in the house, yay! The train station was a seven-minute walk away with a 7-11 on the way. A large supermarket is located diagonally across the road along with a large pharmacy. The hosts had lots of restaurant recommendations. We tried one and it was one of the best meals we ate in Japan.

Cons: There really isn't anything not to like about this property. It is beautifully furnished and maintained. The owners live upstairs and provide daily housekeeping for their guests. They also meet & greet on arrival and offered to come over and say farewell. I probably would hesitate to take young kids there as everything is very pristine. We were extra cautious with everything!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this house in Tokyo for two nights. The property is well-maintained, comfortable, and truly deserves a 10/10 rating. The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby and available parking, making everything very convenient. The hosts are amazing! The owner, a Japanese gentleman, and his Canadian wife both speak English very well, which made communication effortless. They were incredibly hospitable—when we needed groceries, the lady kindly accompanied us. Unfortunately, my wife had a throat infection during our stay, and the host generously provided medicine, which was a big help. The only minor issue was the internet, which was not working properly. However, everything else was perfect, and I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to truly enjoy their trip to Japan.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir wollten etwas mehr Platz und Zeit für uns. Perfekt.

Pros: Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit verschwenderisch viel Platz fü japanische Verhältnisse. Gute technisch Ausstattung und sehr nette und hiflsbereite Vermieter. Wasser wurde gestellt. Sehr gepflegtes Interieur! Die Fotos entsprechen exakt dem EWindruck.

Cons: Tokyo’s humidity in August invites bugs, including mosquitoes. This is not a problem with the property, just a fact that affected how much time we were able to spend outside enjoying tea next to the garden

Pros: All the amenities were provided, and the host did their best to be supportive. The clean facilities, pleasant interior, and small garden also made it easy to start each morning feeling refreshed.

Cons: Nothing so far

I will surely recommend my friends to stay. Especially cool for family with kids.

Pros: It is beautiful! You will be experiencing the real Japanese style of living in this place. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet yet convenient with many stores around.
