Cons: However, I would still like to suggest two improvements that would make it a perfect 100 in my opinion. 1. Regarding the main door key. When I first arrived, I thought that entering the code on the black box on the wall would unlock the door. It was only after many attempts that I suddenly realized that after entering the code, I also needed to open the black box to find the physical key to the main door. I suggest making the check-in instructions clearer, preferably with more photos to illustrate the door-opening steps. 2. There is no television in the room. You may feel that nowadays everyone uses smartphones and no longer watches TV. However, as a father of two elementary school children, I would rather have my children watch television than use their phones. This is to protect their eyesight, and also because it is harder for me to monitor what they are watching on their phones. Therefore, I still prefer that hotel rooms have a television.

Pros: The location was perfect to us. We didn’t find it hard to bring up our luggages since there is an elevator. The host replied to our questions very quickly and kindly. The space was exactly as on the pictures and we had plenty of space compared to other accommodations in Tokyo. We would recommend this place without any hesitation.
