Marvellous location and great place. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay there!

Pros: Very spacious for a family of 4. Very convenient location with restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, coin laundry, supermarket and subway station all within a few minutes walk. You can even walk to Shinjuku Station in approx 20 minutes. Self check-in was very easy. The owner was very responsive to our needs and there was even cooking oil provided, in addition to other necessities. The shower and bath was excellent, beds are comfortable too. The washing machine was also very efficient.

Cons: The master room could have had its own heater as it was noticeably colder than the other rooms due to the layout.
