Location and size was great, a rarity short term stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The location was amazing, really close walk to the station and buses, and convenience stores. The large size of the place was great and hard to find in japan. We were in a residential area which I loved.

Cons: The hot water was not working the entire time and we could not get in contact with the host to get it fixed, nor could we get in contact with booking.com. The address listed on booking.com was also WRONG.... we got sent to a random location and it wasn't until we tracked down the address using the small map feature attached, then finding similar looking surrounding buildings on google maps, that we got there (thank goodness i know Japanese or we never would've found it). Also the key was so hard to locate and open using instructions provided.

Pros: Good location, quiet area, note for getting from the Ebisu station an easy and quicker way that Google maps doesn't show is the Ebisu Gardens exit, firstly it is covered and a lot of it has a moving walk way to make the hill climb easy. Not a bad size for a Japanese studio, decent size bathroom.

Cons: Basics like wifi details not given, had to get router and get info from the base. The hot water was switched off and had to locate the thermostat hidden behind the curtain for the small deck doorway. Why don't these places use fitted sheets, so annoying as they just slide will not stay on the bed when just tucked in.

Pros: Localisation parfaite. A moins de 10min à pied de la station Ebisu( la ligne de métro facile d'aller partout à Tokyo). Appartement sympa, comme la photo.

Cons: J'ai séjourné avec ma mère, elle a dormi dans le grand lit, qu'était confortable et moi jai dormi parterre( que n'était pas confortable) Appartement bien pour 1 couple ou une famille avec 1 enfant.
