Pros: The room was spacious with good facilities provided, it was within short walking distance to convenience stares, eateries as well as train station. Ease access to main locations

Pros: Spacious, clean, good location and value for money.

Cons: Had to seek additional instructions to get in but communications with host were good.

Pros: I could not fault this apartment at all. The location was perfect... Just a ten minute walk to the station which took you straight into Shinjuku. The apartment was spacious and clean and the customer service excellent. We are a family of 5 with older kids and it accommodated all of us easily. Thanks for having us!

Pros: location: close to JR station and just few JR stops to shopping places. many restaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets within few minutes apartment: although the actual size is smaller than the photos show but good enough for 4 of us cleanness: thumb up and beds are comfortable

Cons: no hanging hook for bath towels after bath super hot at balcony if air con is on, but is good for drying the clothes

Nice Tokyoites life experience.

Pros: A nicely decorated apartment hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. We liked the extra amenities that were gifted (toothbrush, feet patches, etc) as well as the nice dyson hairdryer and the vast amount of towels. The space we had was definitely bigger than the average Tokyo apartment which made our stay more comfortable. The fact that the Yamonte line has a stop at Takadanobaba is a big advantage. Self check-in/check-out were easy and efficient.

Cons: The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood that is quite far from the interesting areas in Tokyo. It is also a 15 minute walk from the train/subway station so if you aren’t traveling light, getting there can be quite tiring.

Pros: Easy communication and checkin. Good location. Clean, large apartment.

Pros: Location was not as close as I expected to central Tokyo shopping etc but in saying that only a 10 minute walk to train station and 2 stops to Shinjuku. Easy once we figured it out. Comfy beds and very quiet

Pros: Manager was very helpful and the room was very comfortable for 5 people.

Pros: Easy check in and out, close proximity to food and shopping. Decent size room for family of 5, comfortable and good facilities. Would highly recommend!
