Pros: Everything was perfect, clean and pleasant and plenty of room, Everything you need is within a short walk, if you will be cooking and you are a little taller watch your head, otherwise perfect

Pros: Very large beds and lots of room for storage. Kitchen appliances were also very useful. Location is great, it’s right near the train station (Koiwa) and a 7/11.

Cons: We found for the length of our stay (8 days, 2 people) the size of the trash bins did not suffice.

Pros: La gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha anche fatto una deliziosa sorpresa con una busta di dolcetti, la grandezza della casa, la comodità rispetto ai trasporti e la posizione ottima per girare Tokyo . La casa era dotata di tutto quanto servisse per il nostro soggiorno, calda ed accogliente

Good, clean apartment with no major

Pros: Really clean and pleasant stay. Had the basic kitchen items you need and bedding etc. Good deal for price.

Cons: Advertised as 6 min walk from Koiwa station, it was actually a 10 minute walk, not a big deal for us but just tell the actual distance. Sheets were a bit scratchy so but there was more so I changed them. Also listing mentioned balcony, I wouldn't call it a balcony, no way of really going on it to enjoy.
