Good stay

Pros: Near to train station. An apartment with kitchen and private bathroom/space.

Cons: No lift. Need to climb stairs up to level 4. Stairs is small. A bit dangerous/difficult. Bathroom a bit smelly. Queen bad but I think, if want comfort, better stay one person only. Because space limited.

Pros: Hello, I would like to thank you for the excellent stay. The apartment was extremely clean, well organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also very convenient and made it easy for us to get around Tokyo. Communication was clear and efficient from the beginning, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Pros: The bed is very comfortable! And the location is actually very convenient. Have a plenty space that I can open three big suitcases!

Cons: Bathroom is a bit small, and there has no full-body mirror.

Extremely comfortable and cozy yet very spacious with great facilities and easy access to the tube.

Pros: The property was very spacious for two people and could have two large suitcases open at one with plenty of room. The room, bedding and towels were all clean and so was the microwave and kitchenette. Owners also left out earplugs which was much appreciated! The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning/heating was great. Shower was a little small but it’s Japan so that was to be expected. Our kettle broke mid stay and the staff replaced it very quickly while we were out which was lovely. We were less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest station and within 25 mins of Ikebukuro on foot. Coin laundry nearby is also cheap and very good. Overall very comfortable with highly responsive staff via the messaging on here - would recommend for two people!

Cons: We stayed in room 205 so I’m not sure if other rooms had this issue, but right outside were very bright lights from other buildings. The curtains let in a lot of light so would recommend a sleep mask. Also, the facility listed space to dry clothes however there wasn’t any hanging space on the balcony. One small thing is that the shower curtain smelt a little bit too but I just kept it open since it was a wet room. Also missed having a bidet!

Million out of 10 recommended for a couple

Pros: Its budget friendly and has everything you need if you are just looking for somewhere to start and end each day of adventuring 🫡 Comfy bed, good shower pressure and just enough space to make a feed if you forgot to eat out or get to family mart

Cons: Literally nothing

I would repeat

Pros: The neighbourhood, freedom and the absence of keys. On the other hand, it was a comfortable room and a very good bed.

Cons: It was hard to find

Pros: Location was good and air conditioning was nice. Down a nice street to walk through.

Cons: Bathroom was small but it was ok.

Pros: To have a whole apartment for myself close to a metro station. Everything was super clean, the WiFi worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable

Cons: When I tried to call the contact number my provider told me that this number isn't assigned to anyone. Before I entered the room I had some questions and no internet. In the end I figured it out myself but I had no chance to contact anyone

Excellent location, clean and enough space for 2 persons.

Pros: Everything was on point as we expected ! Very good location, 5 min walk from the Kanamecho station and 10min by foot to ikebukuro station ! Convenience stores are also 2 min away and the place had all the essentials to live there for a short time.
