Pros: Nice and clean. Very comfortable and classic design. If I come to Tokyo again, this will be my place to stay.

總體來說，便利性非常好，離晴空塔也不遠，另外房主回覆的速度也很快速跟親切，是個滿不錯的住宿選擇喔！

Pros: （1）交通非常方便，距離「京成曳舟」、「曳舟」等地鐵站很近，很適合到達任何觀光地景點。 （2）附近有一個百貨公司，到他們的超市可以採買到各種東西，很方便！ （3）有微波爐、熱水壺等器具，很適合買些東西後，回來使用他們。

Cons: （1）因為靠近綜合醫院，夜間可能會有急診救護車的聲音，若睡覺時對於音量較敏感的人可能需要考慮下。 （2）樓梯有一點點抖，上下行李箱時需要多留意搬運。 （3）只有一個廁所，如果比較多人同時有需求時，可能要排隊等一下。
