Perfect option for the group of friends

Pros: We stayed for five nights with a group of 7 adult people. Everyone had enough space for themselves and luggage. We usually had dinner together at the first floor common room next to kitchen. The kitchen is occupied with very nice and big fridge. The beds were comfortable, everyone rested well. The door key is easy opened and we had no problem when check-in or leave/enter the apartment. The neighbourhood is calm, peaceful and location is close to the metro, which was very convenient. Taka was very responsive and pleasant, and we enjoyed our first stay in Tokyo at this place.

Cons: It was a little bit cold inside the rooms and in the toilets and took some time to warm the rooms with the conditioners. It would be great if smart toilets were on all floors (we just loved them).

Место очень удобное, пешая доступность до 2х веток метро. Тихий райончик. Нам все очень понравилось.

Pros: Владелец дома сразу вышел на связь, на всех этапах заселения, проживания и выезда помогал.

Cons: Ранний выезд. При заселении после 14:00, выезд в 10:00 это рано! Учитывая джет лаг в 6 часов мы не успелм перестроиться под местное время и выселялись полусонные! На просьбу выехать хотя бы на час позже, хозяин дома вежливо отказал! В доме нет утюга.
