Dash Living Osaki

Pros: Excellent apartment in a cool, quiet area, close to the station, with a balcony.

good place near convenient station but still quiet street

Pros: The studio is nice, the decoration is modern and new. The bathroom is like most japanese ones with a wet part and the toilet, sink and washing / drying machine. It is a good place for one person or a couple that is not too big. It is located in a quiet street, with a supermarket in walking distance, a couple restaurants and 10 minutes to Osaki station. Its on the yamanote line so it is quite useful, and there are other lines also. You also can get a taxi from Shinagawa station if you have luggage with you and its 1200 - 1500 Yen.

Cons: It is quite small for two people, there is no space to eat a meal if you have to use the desk also for work or as another place to store luggage. The trash is a bit complicated to store if you miss the day or have a lot of bottles / cans. This is unfortunately quite normal in Japan and is not a fault of the management.

A good place to travel

Pros: Beautiful interior at the hotel entrance. Good neighbourhood and location. Large room and beautiful balcony. The room had cooking facilities, but we didn't cook. Although the area looks more like a typical residential neighbourhood, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, probably due to its proximity to the business centre.

Cons: The closest smoking area I found was near the business centre car park. And I would replace the European doors with Japanese sliding doors. Although there is more space than in ordinary hotels, the doors still get in the way.

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient Stay in Tokyo

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Dash Living Osaki The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its location is perfect—just a short walk from Osaki Station, making it super easy to reach major Tokyo destinations. The convenience store nearby was also a great plus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Fantastic stay on all fronts! I will be back!!!

Pros: This was the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It was like new and spotlessly clean. It had a nice and spacious vibe and the balcony was an added bonus. The bed was not too hard as is the case in Asia and it was furnished tastefully with a number of conveniences such as umbrella's for use downstairs. The location was spot on as well being two stops away from Shibuya!

Cons: Not much to complain to about!

Good value big apartment at a nice not too crowded location

Pros: Great ordinary apartment. Good location (right next to convenience store, close to yamanote line). Restaurants nearby. Not too crowded. The space was way bigger than in normal hotels. You could cook with the equipment provided. The apartment had a washing machine!

Cons: No luggage transport services or other luxury. Had to use taxi to get elsewhere with luggage which also wasn't the biggest deal as we headed to the airport. If you're travelling with only a single checked luggag bag you'll be fine. Also Osaki yamate transport is not too far so we used that as well.
