Great spacious open space. Well situated near train stations and market.

Pros: Really enjoyed the space, as we were 6 people. Enough rooms/beds for everyone. The location was great; near train stations and market.

Absolutely perect

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and well furnished, the location is perfect for a nice quiet stay in Tokyo,located only 5/10 minute walk from 2 train stations that run into the city centre which are only a 10/15 minute train ride each way The check In process was simple and easy, the place is very easy to find and plenty to see in the surrounding area Overall this place is a perfect stay for anyone who wants to visit Tokyo but also enjoys a peaceful stay away from the busy city, I highly recommend staying here

Cons: Everything was perfect, haven’t got a bad word to say about this place

Pros: Very pleasant stay with Mori Hotel. The accommodation is well furnished, practical and well located just few stations away from central Tokyo as Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya. Well suited for large groups or families.

Cons: There is no elevator to the apartment. It is not really a downside but just an element to know.

這間民宿沒有電梯，要爬樓梯到4樓，對於有老人(上下樓梯不方便)、幼兒(有嬰兒車)的旅客會很麻煩，我們家成員的年齡為9、13、44、46，除了入住和退宿要搬4個大行李箱上下樓外，不造成太大困擾。

Pros: 1.通往JR的十條站和東十條站步行15分鐘內會抵達，兩個車站提供了前往不同觀光景點的JR路線，減少了需轉車的情形。 2.樓下就是十條銀座商店街範圍，商店街長度約400公尺，屬於提供在地需求商店街(非觀光為主)，方便買到食物和用品(有大創、燒烤店、餃子店、炸豬排店....)，我們住了6天，吃得很開心！ 3.加上榻榻米房，共有3個房間，加起來睡7個人沒問題，我們是因為睡眠需求(打呼很大聲、會踢人)，所以需要4人拆到3個房間睡....，另外客廳、餐廳分開，所以吃飯、閒晃、坐著休息都很有足夠空間，另外沒有電視哦！(每個人都有手機或平板了，所以有WIFI就好，沒電視完全沒影響)

Cons: 這民宿感覺是屋主委託給管理公司經營，管理公司只處理房屋表面的狀況(清潔、房間規劃、客廳規劃等)，對各種細部的設施並沒有足夠的用心，比如說： 1.床的床腳沒有鎖住穩固，會崩塌，我自己又組裝回去。 2.我1家4人住6天，一定會需要洗曬衣服，只提供17個三角型曬衣架根本不夠用。 3.房間內的移動式衣桿架也是搖搖晃晃的，感覺隨時會解體。 4.廚房提供的陶瓷盤有金屬邊，用於微波爐會起火花，嚇到我了。雖然寫了不少缺點，但這間民宿的價格、空間大、位置方便性等還是遠大於這些缺點，所以我仍然給它10分，只是覺得管理公可以再用心點；另外因為下雪了，暖氣用電太大所以跳電時，管理公司第一時間就給我明確的照片和指引，讓我能自行找到配電箱進行復電的操作，這點還是要給管理公司一個大大的肯定，不然沒暖氣我和家人們就慘了！

Pros: It’s a huge apartment in good area. Super close to metro, have some supermarkets, food, snacks shop… The apartment is clean, have everything inside. I recommend to stay!

Cons: I like everything, but would be good to have shelves or hooks in bathroom to put towels, clean clothes etc.
