Enjoyed my week-long stay comfortably
Pros: The unit is very clean and we'll-stocked with essentials—utensils, toiletries, towels, cleaning liquids for dishes, toilet, clothes This is important to me as I stayed for a week. Communicating with host is a breeze, they reply quickly There's a kombini right opposite the building Unit is very spacious (although I am one person only) Bed is very comfortable
Cons: Very low ceiling. It's my first time as a 5ft tall person to be able to touch the ceiling 😂 My hand hits the ceiling when I'm blowdrying my hair Quite a walk to the nearest train stations And maybe it's near a fire station? I hear sirens at least twice a day, sometimes late at night I wished they equipped the unit with a clothes hanging rack at the balcony, had to just hang my clothes on the rod supports and it's not very ideal Placement of the TV is quite awkward (see photo)

Great apartment, comfortable stay!
Pros: The apartment has everything one might need. A big fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, cutlery and plates, hairdryer, washing machine, iron etc.... The apartment is quiet and in a calm area. We were on the 6th floor and had a good view - on clear days we could even see Mt Fuji!
Cons: Be aware: the check in time is late (4pm) and there is no luggage storage. However, there are plenty of paid luggage storage places in the city. Additionally, the ceilings are quite low and the toilet room is small. People above 180cm could have problems.

Cons: The ironing board was broken, and the bed sheets had stains, more crockery & cutlery would have been good

We were very happy basing ourselves here while exploring Tokyo
Pros: The property was great. As described, self contained, large rooms, spacious for Japan. Kitchen well stocked. Location excellent close to major train stations walking distance. Convenient to Haneda Airport. Restaurants and convenience stores all in street. Lovely and clean. Our group were 4 older adults from Australia. We stayed 3 nights. Communication with host excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: No comment everything was fine.

Pros: Clean, convenient and affordable. Trash bins are already separated with plastic, bottles and flammable.
Cons: Check in time is rather late, after 5:00pm. TV bracket could be adjustable for better view from the couch.

Pros: Hotel très bien situé, les chambres sont très spacieuses, la literie est confortable, tout est à disposition: serviettes de toilette, chaussons, produits ménagers... Nous avons très bien dormi, le quartier était trés calme. Les instructions pour le check-in étaient très claires.
