Pros: The location was great! Multiples restaurants, shops. Just 15 min. walking to the train station. The apartment was comfortable with all the amenities

Great accommodation with clean amenities!

Pros: Property was spacious, clean, well situated and the host was amazing in keeping in touch every step of the way. All details were provided so there was no second guessing. Our stay was extremely comfortable and would highly recommend GIVE Araiyakushi.

Great apartment - perfect location.

Pros: The location was excellent - Nakona is gorgeous. The apartment is very well thought out and located in a perfect area; I felt very safe. There’s some great eateries and lovely wee cafes very close by and a short walk away you’re in a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. the bees kneez!

Cons: The sofa - not very comfortable and not enough room for two people to relax on.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Pros: Location was amazing, the area of Nakano is great and the apartment was just a short walk to the nearest metro station. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Tiny little con - more rubbish bags would have been useful and it would have been helpful to know when bin day was rather than having to keep the rubbish in the apartment for the whole week. A bin in the bathroom would have been appreciated too.

Pros: If you are staying for long-term, this is a very nice and surprisingly large size apartment. The neighborhood was just fantastic, we loved Nakano! Very clean, equipped with everything like a normal house. The staff was very discreet and provided us with information that were needed.

Cons: There was no other communication way with the hosts apart from a phone number, and this can be tricky when you are coming from abroad. There was a mistake with the door code and couldn't enter the apartment the first day, but luckily the sake place downstairs saved the day quickly for us.🙂

Pros: 10min walk from Nakano train station (JR line). Nice neighborhood with restaurants and bars. The apartment is new, clean, the key is an automatic code. Good contact with the owners before we arrived but we had a little problem during check in and they were not available. Overall we had a good experience.
