Pros: the whole place was clean and well maintained, and facilities were more than sufficient and accommodating. the host was also very helpful ❤️ location was really good, near convenience store and train station

Pros: 도쿄에서 묵었던 숙소 중 가장 넓고 가성비가 좋은 숙소였습니다. 음식을 조리할 수 있는 주방이 있어서 편했고, 침대방이 2개라서 여럿이 방문했을 때 좋았어요. 이불이 폭신해서 잠들기 좋았습니다. 옷을 걸 수 있는 수납공간도 많았어요.

Cons: 현관문을 여닫을 때 철 긁히는 듯한 소리가 크게 납니다. 난방이 잘 되지않아 아주 추웠습니다.. 하루종일 틀어도 따뜻해지지않는 느낌이었어요. 지하철역에서 거리가 약간 있습니다.

Excellent stay very clean, great location, and highly recommended.

Pros: The property was excellent. It was very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located close to the train station and a supermarket. Communication with the host was outstanding. Only 1 floor so it’s very easy for the suitcase

Pros: You have everything you need! The location is good, its 5-7mins walk to the subway and 10-15mins walk to main Ikebukuro station. It is convenient.

Cons: I just dont like the gate, its really heavy for me to open, but overall it is super safe and excellent
