Pros: the place was exactly as described. it was clean, very comfortable, and there were no issues. the staff was friendly and helpful, thank you.

Pros: View to skytree is amazing, convenience of having a few combinis right at the doorstep and proximity to the temple

Cons: Kitchen didn't have any cleaning products - we had to buy everything ourselves

Gorgeous property with great views

Pros: Loved the property for the gorgeous views and it was very spacious! We had everything we needed from cutlery to washing machine and part of the bathroom acted as a dryer so our washing was done in just a few hours and that was massive bonus in winter. Would come back again.

Cons: The pillows were very hard and there was no other options available. The location was slightly far from the nearest underground but there’s a local bus which comes very frequently.

practical and clean

Pros: A very practical, clean bathroom with a bathtub, water heating, and a drying system. If it weren’t for the poorly equipped kitchen. We were three people and there were only three cups, three plates, and three sets of cutlery. The beds were only moderately comfortable. Otherwise, it would have been a great place to stay. The distance from the city center is quite large. It didn’t bother us, but next time we will look for something closer.

Best place to stay to explore Tokyo

Pros: Amazing stay in a great location of Tokyo, everything you need in a hotel to create a home base to easily explore the city. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, kitchen, lots of closet space, city skyline views.

Calm and confortable stay!

Pros: Very neat clean and just perfect! Bus stop is just 100 meters away which connects to major attraction and rail station - Ueono Station. There is an Indian restaurant “Namaste” just opposite to this property which serve delicious meals. Had very comfortable stay with no staff no ground but highly responsive team online.

Great quality further from metro lines

Pros: Very nice new building with clean facilities, check-in and out is contactless and very easy to do. For Tokyo our apartment was spacial enough for the 2 of us.

Cons: It is a bit of a walk to any metro station (15-20 mins to Ginza or Hibiya line) unless you want to use quite infrequent buses. The neighbourhood is calm and cute tho.

In any case we really enjoyed staying at this apartment.

Pros: Perfect new appartments with new facilities perfectly working. The size of it comparing to the hotel rooms. Big windows, nice views. 7eleven just across the street. Bus stop is also near. 3 metro stations in 15-20 mins walk.

Cons: Location is not perfect, but still OK. Would be great to have small table there with a few chairs next to the window in kitchen zone to enjoy breakfast with a nice view. Also utensils are limited.
