Pros: The location is great. It is a 7-minute walk to the nearest train station and a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and FamilyMart. The unit can accommodate up to 20 guests. We were a group of 20, but it never felt crowded—the space was still very comfortable. Laundry facilities are also available, and the washing machine has a built-in dryer, which was very convenient.

Cons: Since our group was quite large, there were times when we had to wait to use the bathroom, as there is only one. However, this did not pose a significant issue because some guests showered in the evening while others did so in the morning, allowing us to manage our time efficiently without unnecessary waiting.
