Pros: The place is neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities, and spacious compared to a hotel. Good location, close to public transportation, a convenience store, and Yoyogi Park. The host is well-organized, prepared, and shared information in advance, including a location map, check-in and check-out instructions, and was always reachable to answer all questions and provide gentle reminders for the trip.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. The only issue is that the wall clock is not working, and it would be nice to have a door mat.
