ZAITO Tokyo PRETIC Hikifune

A great stay!

Pros: I had a great time. To start with... The staff is so sweet and nice. They are happy to help you with everything. Furthermore, the house is beautiful. Equipped with all comforts. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and everything is nearby. I would recommend this to everyone.

Pros: Very convenient train to central Tokyo and airport. Lovely neighbourhood with interesting museums in walking distance and close to Skytree.

Good place to stay

Pros: Nice safe quiet neighbourhood, clean, modern comfortable apartment. Close to station and most services. Loved the bathroom drying room. Clothes dried in a few hours.

Cons: Had to wait to get the entry codes by email. . Due at 4pm but received after 5pm. Asked for some spoons and knives which were missing but they did not appear in the 3 days we were there.

It was just the kind of place that suited our needs

Pros: I liked the proximity to the train station and supermarket and convenience stores. The apartment had a lot of room for our luggage and hanging clothes. Great to have a washing machine too

Cons: The lighting in the bedroom and living room was a little confusing with the remotes. The floor was a bit dusty and could have been cleaner when we arrived

Overall great stay

Pros: - Quiet neighbourhood - Easy enough to access the rest of Tokyo, west side usually requires a transfer or 2 - Wonderful walk towards the Skytree - Bigger than I expected - All ameneties nearby

Cons: - So many air fresheners sprinkled throughout the property, the smell is overwhelming at first but you get used to it - Garbage and recycling instructions are confusing. Sign on the door says to separate burnables from plastics but there's just 2 bins for cans and bottles, and one for other garbage. - A little expensive

Wonderful!

Pros: Customer service was so great! Nice location & the room has almost all of furnitures that needed.

Cons: Nothing (If there is something that needs to improve, I think that the shampoo, conditioner & body wash should be changed to another type. Its quality is not really good. But that’s just a small point and didnot effect our feeling about this great stay!)

Good value for money, spacious

Pros: All good, quiet, clean, good position and quite spacious considering Tokyo’s standards. We stayed 3 days and if it hadn’t been already booked we would have prolonged our stay. The bed was also good, not too soft. Customer service was reactive via message.

Cons: There was a strange chemical smell coming from the stairs, it creeped into the apartment despite the closed door. We notified the owner so maybe by now they have looked into it.

It was a dream to stay here. The owner is so kind, patient, really attentive and super supportive. I couldn’t have asked

Pros: Super comfortable, really nice and peaceful environment. 10/10 service!

Exellent!

Pros: Close enough not to get lost from Hikifune station. Room is very clean, they even put some toothbrushes even though they initially told me to bring one. Very quiet area, no noise at night so could sleep tight.

Cons: The room looked smaller than the photos, but it happens regularly with other places so I don't really mind.

Pros: Great location with a clean apartment and a nice view. The metro is close by, and few people move into this quarter, making it feel local and authentic
